Your characters are shuffling off to their rooms. Each room has their name beside it and only they can open the door. People can only enter their room if they're allowed in (or they leave the door open). Characters will find any requested items in their room already. If they have a requested vehicle, there will be another door in their room that will take them to the hangar to inspect their equipment.

[She starts to turn her face back to him--stops when she realizes what the question will be, keeping partially turned away. Unease flits around her features.]

[Honestly, you'd think that she was the dentist with the way you're scowling at her - this isn't going to hurt at all. It will feel relaxing, soothing, and like moonlight on a clear winter's evening.

She places her watercoated hand on his and his chi pathways light up to her senses as the water in her hand begins to glow. It's... like Chouji's, but unlike his at the same time. The pathways... they're not as deep, though she can clearly see where the chi has been depleted - and that concerns her, but without the urgency of a mallynap she can poke around and see that it's a strain that his body is accustomed to - and accommodates itself around.

There are a few things she can do - adjust the flow here, tweak that there, encourage it to flow further and faster and yes, it begins to respond even at that.]

[He hates being fussed over. It's why it's rare for him to take an injury more serious than chakra depletion on his missions.

That said, like any ninja, he's very conscious of his chakra's behavior in his own body. Shikamaru watches what she's doing in interest, as he did when she did this for Chouji, though he's focused more on what's happening internally.

It's different. Katara's methods aren't quite the same as Ino's or Sakura's; she's not so much molding it to do what it needs to do for him as she is guiding it. The effect is similar, however.]

And she's curious - the chi system is so well... responsive. She wonders if she can help it even further if she tries... hmm... yeah, that seems like it's working too. Still, if she's going to restore his whole system it will take a little while.]

They're ninjas practiced in medical jutsu. One of my teammates, Ino, is one. What you're doing now is kinda similar to what she does.

[Yeah, he can definitely feel the strain on his system wearing away now. The solider pills kept him going throughout the day, but in the end he still ended up pushing himself about three times as hard as he usually would.

The soreness is what had been keeping him upright once they stepped back into the dorms. Now that his chakra circulatory system is being encouraged not to keep pushing itself into overdrive, it's natural system for repairing itself is falling back in place. IE. Now he really is tired, and he's feeling that tug to rest and recover much more acutely.]
