Your characters are shuffling off to their rooms. Each room has their name beside it and only they can open the door. People can only enter their room if they're allowed in (or they leave the door open). Characters will find any requested items in their room already. If they have a requested vehicle, there will be another door in their room that will take them to the hangar to inspect their equipment.

((Mod note: Extra draftees won't experience their Shift Incompatibility handicap in their dorms. :|a))

I'm not entirely sure, honestly. [She gestures to the bed where there's a messenger bag, a few bottles of water, a handful of granola bars, pepper spray, and a couple basic first aid kits.] It's not much but I don't want to be completely unprepared.

[She's frowning at the pile of stuff on the bed.] Can you think of anything I'm forgetting?

[That makes her smile, but then a thought occurs to her and she picks up her pad and pen.] A friend suggested at least having access to two-way radios. I'm not sure who I'd give the other to, but it's not a bad idea.

[A beat.] And chocolate. I'm totally adding chocolate to the list. I think I deserve it.
