We are the named and we are known

Who: All Draftees
What: Arriving at the dorms
When: 26th
Where: Dorms, location unknown
Summary: Dorm information is here. This is your room!
Rating: PG... we hope?

Your characters are shuffling off to their rooms. Each room has their name beside it and only they can open the door. People can only enter their room if they're allowed in (or they leave the door open). Characters will find any requested items in their room already. If they have a requested vehicle, there will be another door in their room that will take them to the hangar to inspect their equipment.

((Mod note: Extra draftees won't experience their Shift Incompatibility handicap in their dorms. :|a))

[She freezes up and takes a fist to her mouth, making a small 'ahem' sound before speaking, trying to look a lot more dignified.]

Yes. It's not so different from what is offered at the village, but it is already hot and cooked once requested.

[The attempt to look dignified brings a slight amused smile to his face. Saber, you don't have to try so hard around him.]

Good to hear. At least that much hasn't changed. Didn't know if it might have because we're fighting someplace else this time.

[She is a dignified king okay!!]

Fighting in wars is not too uncommon for me. If anything it is a more welcomed change of pace. Have you ever been drafted to this war before, Adell?

[identity profile] vulcanblazer.livejournal.com 2011-02-28 06:17 am (UTC)(link)
Yup. I got called up in the last draft. That one took place in an underwater facility big enough to house a city and several other locations, including a mock-up of our own enclosure. That was kind of weird.

...Fighting in open fields will be a welcome change of pace. Won't have to hold back as much and we won't have to worry that someone might end up killing us with a flood.

I wasn't drafted for that round, but I heard it went well for the most part. Other than an ocean appearing suddenly due to the leak.

Open fields are the best for combat situations such as thing. I'm sure things will go well. We are fighting for a necessary cause. [The food Adell. The free food!!!]

Yeah. If this place produces such a high amount of food, a lot of people are counting on us keeping this place safe. Even if they're people we'll never see outside of the enclosure, failure will mean a lot of death and suffering out there.

That's something we can't let happen.
