DOESN'T NEED A CUT. People should know how this works, if not, just follow other people's lead. I'm gonna set up some strategist threads at the top, for the four strategists to use if they want to, otherwise people should start their own threads.

So was I. We might as well stick together until we get there. [Because there is indeed a chance those two who got away will be back and Asad will be damned if he lets anyone go off alone in a situation like that even if he wasn't headed in the same direction.]

Good, good. I'll make sure he gets rest, I don't think he will complain about sleeping anyway.

[It's like his default state when there's nothing to do apparently. And he knows Minato would be grumpy if he had to keep waking him up after a while but if it's for health matters Minato doesn't get to complain. Unsaid goes the part that he prefers it this way, if Minato has to sleep and rest Keiichi can stay away from him with that excuse and not have the other notice that he's avoiding him.

That's if he doesn't already notice that Keiichi doesn't look at him and talks about him as if he's either a kid or wasn't present.

Anyway, he blinks in brief surprise at the reminder of the neck and he looks at his hand, dirty with blood from his recent movement. Right, there are still wounds there, nothing too serious or that will leave scars but it's still something to worry about.]

Ah, right. I don't think I caused too much damage though.

[Filching a cigarette out now, seeing as there isn't anyone out to kill them just yet.]

[His voice lowers.] Not too bad, then. Keep an eye on them while I see if anyone followed me. [He hadn't seen anyone going in, but there's always the possibility he missed someone. He heads down to the other end of the barn, stopping only briefly to make sure a body lying nearby is dead.]

Because all the blood and gore and guts isn't exciting enough.

[ she wipes her scythe blade off on her jeans. ]

[One moment. Ducking close to you for backup while I refill my gun. He COULD just use his other gun, but the handgun is so much more precise when targeting wings.] Naw, they just want to follow the better looking one.

[Standing is about as much as Richard can manage right now-- well, standing and awkwardly dodging, which he's been doing a lot of lately. He's managed to get off a few spells as well, but even something as simple as that has been sapping his energy. As much as he hates to, he really has no choice but to leave things up to his friend. Doesn't make him feel any less guilty, though.]

All right-- be careful!

[He knows he's a liability and isn't going to protest.]

I know that. The bastard must've had superhuman speed. [Why is this cow still not moving? It's staggering a bit at Yuan's pushing, but absolutely refuses to step aside. Time to do this the hard way, then. Yuan grits his teeth and plants both hands against the cow's side, getting ready for one strong shove.]

I told you to move!

[Aaaand just like that, the cow falls over, onto its side. Obviously, it hadn't been expecting the sudden burst of strength attributed to Yuan's Cruxis Crystal. Neither had Yuan. He looks stumped (and slightly remorseful) at the fact that the poor animal fell over.

Did he seriously just tip a cow?]

[If he weren't so absorbed in his own battle, Yuan would've considered helping either Jack or Sokka. Sadly, three soldiers were trying to crowd around him in hopes of finding a weak spot. There's no way he could defend his entire body at the same time. Of course, Yuan was always one to think that offense is the best defense. As the three rushed towards him, he raised his saber above his head and jumped upwards, before bringing the lower blade down into the ground.]

Thunder Explosion! [A field of electricity formed all around him, leaving the ground shuddering. Two of the three soldiers were hit by lightning magic and fell, but the third managed to jump backwards just in time. Yuan pulled his saber free from the ground and turned to give chase, hoping to strike the enemy down before he got too far out of range.]

Well, so far. [sorry to surprise you like that man.] You?

[Oh.

My.

God.]

[Here comes Noel to the rescue! What's she going to do? Absolutely nothing sans panic over the cow, because she's not exactly strong enough to pick it up.]

What did you-- How did you--!? [The cow continues to struggle.] O-Oh god, what do we do!?

[...Masaomi whistles. He's just one thug, he can't compare to things like that. Oh wait- no, there's one coming into Gold's blind spot. Or at least, Masaomi assumes as much so he picks up the pipe he discarded and throws it hard towards that TP. It hits them clean in the face, and makes them stumble and clutch at a clearly broken nose. Masaomi works to close that distance]

[When she snaps out of it she might see him glancing at her with a very bloody shovel in his hands. He had to just beat in the skulls of those ones clinging to life, after all. Or well, at very least this one below him. Make sure they can't get up]

That's me.

[...Oh.

Oh. This one is still breathing. Masaomi puts on a grim looks down at the incapacitated soldier and feeling a rage well up in him - one misplaced, mostly, because these bastards are not the Malnosso or those renegades or whoever but they all hurt Mikado - he lifts up his pipe and in a wide arc-

Slams it down on the face of the incapacitated soldier. Some blood splatters, but he doesn't stop. He lifts it again and slams it again[

[His attention goes to her as soon as she moves. He's not concerned with the fate of the Third Party at all, partly because he's so used to causing death by now, partly because he knows they're just going to revive. His worry is reserved fully for his allies.]

Did that get too close to you?

[Holy-- Gold only turns in time to witness the pipe whiz past his head and nail the third party soldier in the face.

Daaaamn, that was a close one, to be sure. If he had time, he'd be wiping the sweat off his brow.

...But he doesn't. So, instead, pulling the goggles down over his face, he runs full-force at the soldier attempting to come at Masaomi from behind while he went after his previous target and leaps in the air, coming down and nailing him with a little personal justice from his cuestick. It hurts more than you'd think!]

[The face blow'd soldier is down, but probably not out. About the same time Gold rushes, he's closed the distance on that soldier, slamming a leg down (hard) on that same face, no doubt shoving the nose bones into the brain. There, that works. He then turns to look back at Gold over his shoulder and-

RE: Cuestick. Oh it probably does, but Masaomi doesn't fully trust Gold's strength, not really. So with a little yell of his down in about the same instant after Gold's blow connects Masaomi makes for a leaping punch into the abdomen of the same soldier. It makes for a decent one-two...

But also probably leaves him somewhat exposed. He does fight like that though]

[Terra shakes her head immediately.]

No, I'm fine! But that was a good idea! We should try that again.

[...holy shit. This is not something she expected out of Kida.]

Did you already take care of them...?

[Dammit, Masaomi, he could've handled that one on his own. Regardless, the two attacks bring the soldier to his knees and out of commission. Gold lands from the attack.]

Hey, I could've taken that o--

[She discards the shovel, shrugging. His face is still serious, and very intently locked on her. Since when can she use missiles?]

I'd say you did more than I did, Noel-chan.
