When: 9 AM of the 3rd. They'll be able to stay there until 1 PM of the same day.
Where: Dorms; location unknown.
Summary: Here is the hallway; here is your room. (Here is some additional info.) Go forth and mingle.
Rating: PG or PG-13 ish, I imagine.

Whether by their own power or by droid, your characters are arriving one by one to the dorms. Each room is specific to a single character; others can only be invited in by that character's allowance. Requested effects will already be present in the rooms. While you're here, you may want to request some last-minute supplies... this is your final chance to gather them. A final note: Shift incompatibilities will not kick in while characters are in the dorms; only once they are out in the field.

I'd complain about that too, if I thought it would do any good. The blue guy did a better job of managing this kind of thing, and that's not a compliment.

[He shakes his head.] About what he said, earlier - on the filial magic. The defensive forces are going to have to be more careful about using that than anyone else.

Indeed. But I would not say the offensive forces have free license to use the magic, either. Especially those who cannot leave an area quickly. [He sets down a requested flashlight and batteries.] We do not yet have any records of how quickly these Shift Hunters can track and attack their targets.

Pretty damn fast, once they're on to you. And they don't have a reason to hold off attacking this time.

"Pretty damn fast" doesn't translate well when trying to warn others of an opponent's capabilities.

[But he can understand the need to be specific.] Their speed is about on par with a wolf's, or a little above it. Think fifty miles an hour or so. It doesn't matter if you can outrun them though - if they're sniffing out a Shift, they'll find you again.

Exactly why the magic should be used sparingly by all forces. The temptation to test the magic's limits out there will be high as it is, and without knowledge of the amounts of enemies...

[He nods. Only difference with the defensive forces is that they're closer to the non-combatants. He has a few things he wants to address about them, but first-]

Yeah. He's a friend of mine - Uzumaki Naruto. He's recently developed a certain ability he can use under certain conditions - without the power cap, he'll definitely be able to use it here.

He can sense out and identify people for miles by their chakra signature - or life force, if you wanna call it that. It's taxing on him, so don't keep him on it 24/7 or anything, but he should be able to point out where the Third Party are, and locate anyone who's injured if someone needs to be sent out to find them.
