It was shockingly easy to do, really, Beautiful Sheena. Would you like to try it yourself? Or are you plannin' on cutting me down soonish?

Then swing a little. I can't reach the rope from here either.

[But he does get up a bit of a swing and again grabs for her hand.]

[this time she catches his wrist, making sure to hold securely to her tree too. When she feels steady, she pulls him close enough that he can grab the branch himself.]

[Jack rather LIKES being indebted to beautiful women, though.]

[he may get the chance to repay her before the draft is over.]

...Maybe I'll just rescue myself then.

She will suit herself, of course. [And of course she wouldn't have to say that if she truly needed help. Jack is just winding her up, or trying to.] Be careful out in the dark jungle, mistress ninja.
