What: Toph's Birthday Party!

Summary: It's Toph's 13th birthday! Pretty much anything goes here. Fun, chatting, games, food--whatever! What to run a game of Pin the Tail on the Donkey? Go for it! Want to crash the party? Go for it!
Rating: PG-ish, sure.

That's right, Toph is now officially a teenager. And this party? Despite the Malnosso and the draft and the whole fact that they were stuck in Luceti in the first place? It was gonna be awesome. She had already decided that. Even if some random morons showed up.

Everything was pretty much set behind the house; Toph even provided the chairs and tables herself through her earthbending. But there are some folding chairs set out as well for those who mind a more comfortable seat. There is also an array of party foods, with excesses of chips, popcorn, and soda.

So the party is ready to roll, and so is the birthday girl. Let's get it started.

It really does look a lot like Appa. [As for Ba Sing Se... well, she can't say for sure. She's never been. Either way, it's still very impressive.]

Happy birthday, Toph. [She moves to remove the ornament that holds up those ridiculous hair loopies at the top of her head. Yue's hair falls down and she hands the ornament over to Toph.]

Here. I don't actually have something for you yet, but I thought I would let you have this until I can find you a present I know you'll like.

[... Yes, Toph. Yue is letting you hold something of hers hostage until she finds you a suitable birthday gift.]

Fenimore has already seen a few of these sculptures before, but they're still pretty impressive. She was coming over to wish Toph a happy birthday, now that she'd deposited the food she brought (something simple, because she's still wrestling with the issue of modern stoves), but she's sidetracked by the Ba Sing Se sculpture. She's never seen a city in her life -- the biggest has been a short time in a small town.

It's worth noting that, as she looks over the sculpture, she has a lumpy bag swinging from her hands.

Either is completely fine!

Noticing that Fenimore stops to admire her handiwork (or was it footiwork?), Toph steps over to greet her with a massive grin on her face. She's obviously having a great time here, and these shenanigans were certainly a welcome distraction from the draft.

"Not bad, huh?"

Then I'll just stick with what I started with. It'll be good practice for me.

Fenimore looks up at the comment and the grin proves infectious. It is nice to have something to think about outside of the draft.

"I've never seen anything like it," she admits, before adding, "Happy birthday, Toph. How's the party?"

[Sokka is trying to do his best not to think about his friends who CAN'T be here and just enjoy it. So he's hanging out, trying to stay upbeat, while putting a dent in the sodas. He's got a present for Toph ready, but it's currently sitting in his room.]

[After sufficiently showing off her array of sculpting talents, Toph tromps over to Sokka to have a soda for herself. She's parched. All that hard work, you know. Being the center of attention was sure rough, or something.]

[So he says as he dips some nacho into some spicy nacho cheese. He's never had this before, but he's been converted.]

Just make sure whoever comes for these goes through some kind of test first. They gotta earn the right to eat something this tasty.
