I know. You're just doing it because you have no choice.

[Speaking of no choice, Tsuzuki can't help but feel he's trapped in the same way. He takes a shaky breath, trying his very best not to show that he's unhappy with being drafted. Hisoka shouldn't be at the front line, where all those emotions are running wild. None of them should have broken up from the group.]

If we die here, what do you think will happen?

We still come back. [He gazes out thoughtfully - how many people will die before they're sent home?] Vivi's mother died during one of the drafts, and she came back. [Of course, then she was sent home... so not so good.]

But... I don't know what happens if they manage to capture us.

I'm sorry she had to go through that. Did it take long before she did?

[Torture's what Tsuzuki's mind helpfully adds when Link talks about being captured. Worst of all, he can't really blame people for torturing him if he's killed one of theirs first. He'd be horrified if they tried to hurt Link, though.]
