[Then again, this is Luceti. That explains it, right? Right. But wait. Shikamaru forgot someone...]

So... those of us gone were experimented on?

Wait. What did you mean strangely - how is everyone else acting?

I haven't spoken to everyone yet - I need to find Masaomi again. But Asuma-sensei and Temari believe they're from other worlds. They have no memory of home.

[They have no memory of him. At least not like they should.]

[Seriously? Other worlds? That's really kinda screwed up. She couldn't imagine them being from anywhere else, nor could she imagine herself anywhere else either. The thought just weirds her out.]

As far as I can tell I remember home, but if you see anyone else and they're acting weird send them my way. I'd like to examine them. Maybe there's a cause...

I don't know exactly how much they'll be up for that, considering most of them barely know who I am, much less trust my judgement.

It's a relief to know you remember Konoha, at least. [So what's the catch.]

Yeah and I guess a medic looking for them won't help matters any. [Sigh.] I'm kinda glad I do too, though. What if they're stuck like that?

We take it up with the Malnosso. [Damn straight he will, too.] The nature of this place tends to be that nothing is permanent, though.

We have a small army here... Has anyone thought about charging them to get out of here? Jeez.

If people could figure out a way past the barrier, I'm sure they'd do just that.

They contact us themselves from time to time, as it is.

[Nope. No one's touched on that part with her yet - AU'd or not. And she should definitely read up on whatever information there is about Luceti now that she knows she might be able to break something.]

I guess I just have to pay attention to that damn book more often.
