[Nom nom nom GULP.] Oh, were you? Shame, I seem to have eaten them all.

[Well, those sliders there? Totally being dragged protectively in front of him.] Weren't you going to tell me a story about your world anyway?

[Well, these ribs are all mine, then. Then Naoki blinks. Oh right, his world.] Eh. I almost forgot. What with you stealing food from under my nose.

You sure I've got enough of your attention, Vash?

Sure, sure. Steal your nose. Whatever. [Vash attacks a pile of pasta with a pair of forks. Rolling it up into a large ball.]

[Naoki rolls his eyes, then notices what Vash is doing and--] Hey! Stop being so greedy!

[FORK SNAPS OUT, grabbing some of that pasta and breaking it away!!]

[Vash goes ahead and shoves what is in his mouth and starts chewing. Stabbing at a sausage in the pasta as he chews.]

You beast-- [Naoki shakes his head. Hmpf! Don't think he's just going to let you eat it all! Oh no, his competitive side has been roused.]

[THERE IS NO TIME FOR BANTER WHEN PASTA IS INVOLVED. Vash ignores Naoki to start rolling an even bigger ball of pasta. Making sure to roll up extra sausage in it this time.]

[Sausage, do you mean that sausage that Naoki is spearing with his fork? Brb stealing it from you, Vash; and he's also grabbing a forkful of pasta to boot!]

[I don't think so. Vash is on to you. He'll be knocking that fork away to try to spear that sausage himself as he shovels more pasta into his mouth.]

[Vash shows no sign of slowly down as he starts cutting into a rather large piece of stake. Mostly because his brain is ignoring the signals his stomach is giving off.]

[...Naoki, unfortunately, is showing signs of slowing... He eyes the plates before him with trepidation. His stomach feels way too full...]

[Oh! Is that cheesy potatoes? Vsah is going to help himself to those too!]

[Not if Naoki gets some of them first--]

[SCREW THE SILVERWARE! THIS MEANS WAR! Vash ditches his fork to grab the whole potato and shove it into his mouth in one bite.]

[Staring in what may very well be horror.

Which quickly disappears. SO THAT'S THE WAY WE'RE DOING THINGS, HUH. He grabs one for himself and mimics Vash, chewing hard.

It's kind of lucky they haven't choked yet.]

[Vash grabs a leg of fried chicken, sinking his teeth into it and pulling the meat off of it in one go.]
