Event Log - Total Recall

What: Everyone's been Shifted in their own way
When: A hero doesn't care if this event last a whole ten days
Where: Everyone can blaze a hero's trail
Summary: It's that special time when the Malnosso collect all their recent experiments and apply them all at once to measure effectiveness. Although invaluable as research, it tends to leave the subjects looking just a bit mad.
Rating: Rated H for HEROIC

So there is a mod post and it pretty much tells you EVERYTHING you need to know. This is a mass log for people to comment around on if they don't want to make posts. Or even if they want to make posts anyway. There will be at least one more of these later in the event! ENJOY!

It was a little obvious. So, what happened to you?

Well I'm not exactly the Hulk. I'm not sure how it happened, but Hulk and I seem to have switched bodies.

When I'm in my normal body I tend to go by Bruce Banner.

Oh. Well, it's nice to meet-- you...

[She just remembered what the Hulk said about Bruce Banner.]

...He said you make...he said you're a scientist.

[howsmashing]

[He lets out a drawn out sigh.]

Yeah, he... doesn't exactly have the highest opinion of me. And there doesn't seem to be much I can do to change it either. He's pretty stubborn when he wants to be.

[anita_hero]

He did seem pretty stubborn when I talked to him. You can't please everyone, you know? But if you really want to be friends, I guess you have to figure out why he doesn't like you and then just...work on that. Right?

[She shrugs.] I mean, I don't know him that well, and obviously I just met you, but it always worked for me. ...Hey, maybe if you two have each other's bodies it'll help you see eye to eye!

[howsmashing]

I know why he doesn't like me.... he thinks I'm a weak and stupid human who acts like I know too much. And like you said before. I was a scientist. I specialized in Gamma radiation. [...] ...I made bombs.

Here's hoping though. Maybe it will give him some insight at least.

How do you know him, anyway? Out of curiosity.

We kind of met during the testing of one of those bombs I was telling you about...

Oh. Well, if you set one off near his house or something I guess I can see why he'd be upset. [She pauses for thought.] Does he live in a house? He seems like more the outdoors type.

I think it's more of the fact that people-- people like me can make those sort of things and it's accepted. And yet he's hunted down like a monster simply because of what he is.

[Or at least that's what he takes from it anyway. The Hulk is fairly difficult to understand sometimes. It probably doesn't help that even he himself has called the Hulk a monster on numerous occasions.]

Yeah... I'm not even sure he could really fit inside of a normal home very well. He usually gets around by jumping.
