Summary: It's that special time when the Malnosso collect all their recent experiments and apply them all at once to measure effectiveness. Although invaluable as research, it tends to leave the subjects looking just a bit mad.

Ah? [ the title itself doesn't surprise him; surprising or not, Aoba's personality has won him quite a few genuine friends, however long they'll last. rather, he's confused to hear it used so... freely in this context. ]

So, Kaname-san and I are friends? Or, the 'me' that Kaname-san is familiar with?

Ah, I see. Then... [ and for the first time since he's shown up, he smiles! it's. actually less warm than his future self's fake smiles, oddly enough, but it's still a smile. ] I'm glad to have you as a friend, Kaname-san!
