EVENT LOG: SCAVENGER HUNT

Who: All you scavenger hunters!
What: Scavenging and other fantabulousness, I suppose.
When: November 24th to 28th
Where: The whole village! And yet also all over time and space...

As announced by CJ, the village's immediate environs are divided up according to this map. There are five areas: the Nile, Ice Age, Space Opera, Shogunate, and Gangland. Time-and-place appropriate architecture and conjured up NPCs exist in each area.

Don't forget the scavenger hunt! While actually finding things is ultimatly optional, you can find more information on the hunt here. If you want to claim a reward from the hunt, be sure to link at least two related threads on the new rewards claims post.

Finally, here's a quick rundown of the objects:
- In THE NILE: A ceremonial dagger and a piece of Pharoah's treasure
- In GANGLAND: A tommy gun and a set of car keys
- In ICE AGE: A bone spear and a smilodon's tooth
- In SPACE OPERA: a raygun and part of a robot
- In SHOGUNATE: a samurai sword and water from a kappa's head

[Ace looks around the Space Opera area.] Are we almost out of here yet?

Aye, they're fun.

I think so. We're sort of on the edge. [Gestures to the Shogunate border where everything stops looking futuristic and looks decidedly more medieval.]

[hiken_ace]

[Okay, that's new.] It looks nicer over there. [Aw man, are those cherry trees.] Race you! [And off he goes!]

[fierybluebird]

[Laughs and chases after him.]

Cheater, just for that I'm switching into phoenix.

[Zoom! Don't mind those jet sound effects over head. They're probably even more space-sounding now too.]

[Well, he'll wait til you're right next to him aaaand...

JUMP ON YOU. Or hang from you.] Onward, my steed!

Steed? I've half a mind to throw you.

And I would, if I didn't think that's exactly what you wanted. Brat.

Hey, you never had any problems with being Robin's steed.

[fierybluebird]

[Mumbles something in chirps and blushes enough to be seen through his blue feathers.]

[He's cackling on the inside.] Why, 'cause she's hot?

[No, you know, fire. And such.]

I'm literally hot. You just think she's attractive. But I'm flattered you think I look good. [Nah, he knew it was about the fire thing.

Sadly, Ace is stupid.] Cause you like her.

It's the freckles on you.

And just be glad I like you enough to leave it at that, eh?

[He'll spare you the details about what exactly he likes about her riding him.]

[AGAIN WITH THE FRECKLES.] You've said how many times those just make me look cute?

[Nope, abandoning bird. And as soon as he touches down, he's stripping the top half so it's hanging over his sides.] No, we don't. It's... okay, but it feels too... fancy.

Now you just look silly, eh.

[Lands and switches back to human, wearing his own ridiculously fancy kimono. Of course. Don't worry Ace, Marco looks far sillier now.]

[hiken_ace]

[Meh, he starts fidgeting with the kimono.] Oh shut up, I do-- [He looked up to glare at him, and then starts laughing because bro, what are you wearing.]

[Looks down at it.]

Nice color, yoi. [Glances around at the back at the Phoenix on it and arches an eyebrow before just strutting about.]

You're just jealous mine's prettier.
