Summary: It's a wintertime jamboree. Go ice skating. Hand out gifts to those you love. (Or want to prank, as the case may be.) Deal with meddling, creepy elves. Kiss a lot of people. It'll be good. Except for the parts where it'll be awkward. But that's what we're here for, isn't it?
Rating: Anywhere from PG to R, I imagine. If you need to play out sexytimes, please either fade to black and take it elsewhere or CLEARLY mark the thread in the subject line. (The former is preferable, but not strictly necessary.)

Wh---whoa, you got a whole mech-arm thing? [And he leans into get closer look, his eyes getting a bit longer]

Only to my elbow. So maybe just half a mech arm.

[He's inwardly squeeing Rin, you're making him really happy.]

Seriously?! Like what sort of stuff? [With a grin, he takes a step back, and his tail curling a little. He laughs some]

Well it can do this.

[Grabbing the cuff on the arm he twists it and when he does blades extend from the finger tips.]

Aaaaaaaand this.

[And he twists it in full rotation, the claws retract for a hole in the palm to open up. Turning his hand towards a tree, he presses a button on the back of the hand and a grappling hook fires out.]

I'm still working on the idea for more features but that's what I got so far.

Lasers! It's gotta have lasers, if it's a robot arm!

If I could add lasers I would. But that's government tech right there. I can't even build a laser yet!

Shucks, really? That's lame. [But the grappling thing and the claws are both very neat, actually. For being a random tail toucher, this is turning out okay]

Yeah and I mean, hacking into a government system, noooooot the best way to get plans for doing that stuff.

[He's never tried that before...no really, nope not at all.]

Wouldn't it just be easier to ask someone for help?

Would be. But like I said, the military has got their hands on that technology in my world. Almost impossible to ask anyone how to make it...it'd also look bad for a fifteen year old to ask to build a laser in his arm.

[...Wait, hacking, military? He looks confused a moment, and then like gears are turning, and then he looks from the arm back to Cross's face]

So what, the military gave you the arm?

Huh? My arm?

Wait, you got this wrong! Prosthetic like this are normal in my world!...Except for the added features I put in but I figured that on my own.

[and he grins at that. He does have his sword bundle on his back, and while he considers taking out Kurikara to show off, he doesn't usually do that. Instead, he just grins and pumps a fist]

[Cross wouldn't say no to seeing a sword being shown off. So Cross folds his arm with a smirk.]

I might have to see that sometime than. We should spar sometime.

[And he extends a hand out to Rin.]

Of course. I mean I've never fought a demon before, but it could be fun.

[He's got the strangest sense of fun.

[He hand shake continues, but he releases it after a while and shrugs a little] You really don't need to focus on that part, you know. I'm just Rin.
