Who: Everybody!
What: A field trip for the entirety of Luceti!
When: October 27th, until the end of November 2nd
Where: The Happiest Place on the Moon, Malnosso World!
Summary: So you remember all those times Luceti was transformed into Luceti Land? Welcome to Malnosso World, Luceti Land's bigger, cooler brother. Be sure to keep all hands inside the rides at all times, and refer to your map if you get lost. Trust me, you'll get lost.

[His expression might be hard to catch given the angle, but if he can see it, he just might recognize that smile on his face.]

You know... we're both alone here right now, aren't we?

[ He sees it, and it makes him hesitate. ]

... Yeah, but... I don't think now... is the best time.

Oh, no one should be coming back to the rooms right now. It's still early, after all... but we can lock the door just in case, right?

[Someone is missing the point.]

No... I mean, you just got sick. Even if you're feeling better, we probably shouldn't...

[ Well, shouldn't you-know-what. ]

But I told you I feel fine.

[He knows Kohan only worries because he's given him good reason to do so in the past. But this was different from riding a roller coaster! He didn't want Kohan to always see him as being so fragile.]

And if you won't believe me, then perhaps I can just show you?

Ion... not today.

[ Sorry but the mental image of watching you hurl into a garbage bin is going to haunt him for a little while longer. ]

...oh, all right.

[The look on Ion's face right now? It's totally a pout. Which is not a face Ion makes often. Really, he's more upset that Kohan doesn't seem to believe him when he says he feels well again.]

[Of course, he can hardly blame him after Ion insisted he was okay to go on that ride, too. Which is why the pout doesn't last more than a few moments.]

[...and he's still not moving from where he is, all cuddled up close to Kohan. Cuddling did not require physical exertion, so there was no reason this wasn't still okay!]

[ Cuddling is a-ok.

As long as there's not kissing. Kissing brings back Images. ]

So... what do you think we should do tomorrow?

[He rinsed his mouth out, gosh!]

I suppose we could go see what the other parts of the park have to offer... but it's still rather early, isn't it? We could still go see more today?

[Still not dropping this whole he-feels-fine thing ok.]

[ But you're his damsel in distress, Kohan has to dote on and worry about you! ]

... Maybe in a little while. What... other places were you planning on checking out?

[That's not gonna work forever!!]

Well, we could take a look around at what they have here? I heard someone mention they even have a spa with a pool.

... Sure. I guess that's... not too tiring.

Actually, spas are supposed to help people to relax... perhaps it would even be beneficial to go and see what it's like?

[Because if Kohan is just going to fixate on that, Ion is going to just have to embrace it.]

[ Ion is learning. ]

Huh. You have a point. Do you know where that is? Or... would we have to wander around to find it?

I saw some signs earlier that are supposed to lead right to it. I'm sure it wouldn't be too difficult to find.

You're probably right. [ Okay time to untangle himself from Ion and stand up. ]

Can you... get up on your own?

Of course. [And look, he scoots to the edge of the bed and stands, without the slightest wince or anything! Really, he didn't need all that long for his stomach to settle -- most of it went away on the walk here.]

[And then he's just gonna hold a hand to Kohan with a smile. He doesn't want Kohan to feel guilty about this all day.] Let's go!

[ TOO LATE he totally will, and probably for part of tomorrow too.

But okay taking that hand. Let's go relax and stuff. ]

Sure. Lead the way.

[AND LEAD THE WAY HE DOES! Just like Ion predicted, it's not too difficult to find. There are nice signs around that point them in the right direction. Though before they're actually allowed into the spa/pool area, they have to go through the locker room and get changed into some rental swimwear.]

[The selection for which is... kinda limited. ~~Though there is a terrifyingly large array of speedos oh god.~~ And if it's not already obvious with the way Ion is being so picky as he looks through the options, he's looking for something that'll keep his back covered as well.]

[ That means that Kohan, being relatively not picky and grabbing swim trunks in a slightly unappealing shade of dull blue, is ready way before Ion is. So it doesn't take him too long to realize something's up. ]

Hey... is everything okay?

...oh! Yes, it's fine. I'm just having a little trouble finding one that would... fit.

[Sure, he's skinny, but he's not that skinny. His problem is clearly elsewhere.]

Why don't you go on ahead and I'll meet you inside?

Oh. If... you're sure.

[ He's not buying it, but he's not going to pry, either. ]

Just... give a shout if you need my help at all... okay?

[ /hesitantly goes in... ]

[Ion nods and waves as he heads in, but once he's gone, he goes off to the front counter to see if they have anything that might cover a bit more skin...]

[And thankfully, they do! Because not everyone comes from a world where anything less than full-body coverage in a swimsuit is okay. And even once he's gone into the locker room, he still ducks into one of the bathroom stalls to change. By the time he goes to find Kohan again, he'll be wearing something with considerably more coverage than a pair of swimming trunks. Though unfortunately, there's not much he can do about how tight it is... but he can deal with that, at least.]

Kohan?

[ Luckily Kohan was waiting right outside! In case Ion shouted. Because he's a caring boyfriend okay. ]

Hey, how're you... [ doing. But what are you wearing. Is that even a swimsuit. ] ... uh.

...is something the matter?

[Sorry Kohan, Ion comes from the land of JRPGs and costume titles -- he sees absolutely nothing wrong with what he's wearing.]

I didn't mean to take so long, but it took me awhile to find one I liked.
