[You know, until he opens the door and finds a spinning heart bed covered in rose petals with candles lit and the lights dimmed.]

[He's... just gonna stare at it with this face and then quietly close the door.]

[ Yeah Kohan's face is approximately D8 but with more hand over mouth. ]

[And so he opens the door to another one that seems empty -- and oh, this one looks a lot more normal. A normal bed, no scattered rose petals... but there is a fancy little table set up with a bottle of champagne in a bucket of ice, two glasses, and a large bouquet of roses, but come on, it could be worse! At least the bed isn't spinning.]

[Ion has more or less decided to never drink again after that whole Christmas Eve incident, so he just nods to that -- nevermind the high possibility that the Malnosso did something to it.]

[He pulls Kohan's coat off his shoulders before moving in and sitting down on the edge of the bed -- but only because there's no where else to sit. The malnosso really thought ahead when designing these rooms, didn't they...]

At least it's nice and warm in here? We shouldn't have to stay for too long.

[Hopefully, he thinks. That depends on how long Kohan stays so... suave.]

[ But that's where he cuts himself off, turns around, and firmly plants his forehead against the wall in a desperate attempt to whack the effect of the hot chocolate out of himself. ]

I-It's all right, you don't need to hold it back anymore if it's easier on you. Perhaps letting it out will make the effects wear off sooner?

[...and now that they aren't in public, Ion doesn't really mind it as much. Though it still sounds more silly with lines like that coming from Kohan of all people -- sorry, bro.]

Being alone only makes it a little less embarrassing. I still feel like I'm saying ridiculous stuff. Maybe you'd like to shut me up?

[ Yeah if possible Kohan went another shade brighter at that first sentence there, but yes let's pursue avenues to deal with this. ]

Are you sure? You said the chocolate didn't seem do anything weird before, either. Maybe it's just the magic that happens when we're together.

[...o-oh, that one was actually kind of cute. It's almost a little sad to think that the only reason Kohan is saying this stuff is because of the hot chocolate. Ion was fine with Kohan not being the most romantic guy out there, and he's always known that Kohan was never very good with words... but a part of him really did like hearing those kinds of sappy, romantic things. And after all, there wasn't anyone else he wanted to hear them from other than Kohan.]

Yes, it did. But I don't think I had quite as much as you, so the effects may take a little longer to wear off. Perhaps we should just find something quiet to do to pass the time until then?
