Summary: It's that special time when the Malnosso collect all their recent experiments and apply them all at once to measure effectiveness. Although invaluable as research, it tends to leave the subjects looking just a bit mad.

So there is a mod post and it pretty much tells you EVERYTHING you need to know. This is a mass log for people to comment around on if they don't want to make posts. Or even if they want to make posts anyway. There will be at least one more of these later in the event! ENJOY!

[Days 1-2 (May 26th-27th)]
[Mithos is the same as usual...at least, that's what he thinks. But the Mithos roaming the village these first few days is a little different from his usual malignant self, just a fork in the road and a diverging path away. This one had stepped down before the final battle could escalate. He had let Lloyd talk reason into him. Even though he still held onto his doubts, he let go of everything he'd been fighting for because maybe enough was finally enough. Not knowing what to do anymore and needing a lot of time to think, he had secluded himself. He wasn't ready for a world that didn't belong to him, and he still wasn't sure if it really could give him a place to belong... But he wanted to try.

Being thrown into Luceti so suddenly had been a shock. He wasn't ready for so much direct contact with so many humans. He still lives in fear and uncertainty, but he keeps holding on to the will to just try. He's met a few reliable people who have helped him a lot in this long journey as he slowly un-learns hatred.

Approach him as he walks through the village, or perhaps along the edge of the forest, and he won't bite your head off. It's pretty magical.]

[Days 3-5 (May 28th-30th)]
[...Okay, now things get weird. Because when Mithos wakes up, still his usual contrite and healing little self of course, he's...well, a she. This is awkward. Really awkward. Despite the warm weather, he wraps himself in a jacket to try to hide the mild suggestion of feminine contours his body now displays. Then he'll set off to visit House 11 - to help Kaori with her garden and perhaps see Freyjadour or some of the others.]

[Days 6-10 (May 31st-June 4th)]
[Later in the week, Mithos wakes up with his masculinity restored (...well) and an entirely different life. Again. The return of Luceti Valley! It's deja-vu, waking up in a strange house with no idea how he got there, but by the end of the morning he's moved himself back into his room at the apartment he shares with his mother. Good thing she forgot to lock the door when she set off for work today! Feel free to run into him as he transports his things across the village, from House 52 to Community Building 2. In the pouring rain. Sob.

Throughout the next few days, he can be found outside fairly often. The weather is nice and he's going to enjoy it, okay.]

Day 2

[After sitting around the house for most of yesterday after that embarrassing teleporting incident, Roku had decided that today he would brave leaving the house and hope nothing else weird happens.

He bought himself a snack from the shops when he happens across Mithos who...seemed a little lost.]

Hey, are you all right?

[Just lost in thought, as tends to happen when he's missing his sister. But he'll snap back to reality when he's addressed, turning to see who-- ...Oh, someone he doesn't know. He tenses - the wariness is hard to shake - but hostility is absent.]

...I'm fine.

[Roku just remains as perky as ever.]

Oh, ok. You just looked a little lost there. Not a New Feather are you?

[See? She's always been a girl. She's getting affected by some weird new thing now, but she's still a girl. Man, everyone's weird.

Of course, the new effect is... Unique. She's even tried waving her hand over the stupid thought thing over her head. Ugh, come on, go aw-

[What do you mean? He's here every week. Inside and all, even though he's still a little uncomfortable with it. Today he happens to be awkwardly lingering in the kitchen, waiting to see if Frey is around, wondering if he should take a seat or not. He refuses to take off his coat, and he hunches forward a little with his hands clasped in front of him.

Then he sees Silver, and.....what. There is a cloud hovering directly over your head. Don't mind him staring a bit, puzzled.] ...Hey... [...dammit, he forgot to lower his voice. It's a little higher pitched than normal, and he can't exactly cover that up with a coat.]

[tsuntrader]

[Mithos will likely find Jeb falling down on his ass in front of him... except Mithos won't recognize her. The only thing that might even hint that it's Jeb is the bracelet that still present around his left wrist, but that's only if Mithos' memories of Valentine's Day things weren't too significantly altered.

But yes, a girl with silver hair has probably tripped in front of Mithos. Stupid extra height. Stupid hips. Jeb feels like crying, just like he had earlier in the day when he had woken up like this... in Tori's body.]

[...Oh, that person over there just tripped and fell. He's never seen her before, and he...doesn't know how to react other than to stop in his tracks and watch. No disgusted glare. He's not walking off like he's above her problems. The silver hair definitely caught his attention, and for a moment he wonders if she isn't human. On the other hand, he knows humans here with silver hair, so he ends up hesitating because what is approaching a human he doesn't know.]

[Lifting his head up...]

A-Ah, Mi-- [And shuts his mouth. If it were anyone else, Jeb wouldn't have clammed up. But Mithos still doesn't like him very much...]

Day... 7

[Guess who is also back in the Luceti Valley mindset? That's right, a certain 'brother' of Mithos. Yuan's out enjoying the weather as well. Other people in the village seem to be behaving very oddly, but he's trying not to let it bother him too much.

He notices Mithos just a little too late to change directions and avoid him. Looks like a confrontation will be inevitable.]

[Just sitting here on a bench soaking up some sun! When he notices Yuan not too far away, he's caught between wanting to avoid him and wanting to just let this unfold. ...Then it looks like he hesitated for too long, and it's too late to choose anything but another uncomfortable encounter with his older brother. Uncomfortable, maybe, but he can't seem to get rid of the part of him that wishes he could establish a connection with Yuan, and that part doesn't mind so much that impact is imminent is seconds. He gives a hesitant wave from where he sits.]

...Hey, Yuan.

[Yuan stops walking when he's a few feet away from Mithos and clears his throat awkwardly. It's not that he dislikes the boy, it's just that he dislikes the tension that's always in the air when they meet. He can't ever make up for leaving his mother and siblings when he did.]

... Mithos.

day 1

[The first day is usually one of those days when sometimes you're lucky and you're still normal, while the rest of the world is crazy. Nothing that Raine is unused to these days, and on Saturdays she tends to have a flexible schedule as it is.

Which is why at some point during the afternoon, while heading out to take care of some errands, her path will cross with a wandering Mithos.]

[He sees her and easily decides to approach. Raine and Genis were so much of the reason he had decided to pull back - seeing how readily they could be accepted into a group of humans, and how they could find the strength to believe change could happen, he'd thought maybe he could learn to be the same way. So they are totally cool with each other in his book, and the time spent in Luceti has only warmed their relationship.]

[She thought that she had sensed him nearby, but when she notices just how close he is, with an unusually pleasant disposition, Raine blinks a little.]

Mithos? ... Good afternoon.

day 3

[Mithos will see Freyjadour sitting on the front porch of the house, but.... he's gained a few extra curves 'himself'. Wearing the loosest tunic he owned rather then picking up something more properly fitting, his clothing hangs looser nearly everywhere else besides his hips and chest. He even lost a few inches in the process, much to his irritation.

He's reading a book he had picked up at the library a few days earlier, having decided his visits to the battle dome would have to be put on hold for a while. He'd learned the hard way that training after such a change became rather difficult the last time this had happened, afterall.

He's absorbed in his reading at the moment, though if Mithos steps up to the house.....]

[He sees Frey, but he doesn't realize it's Frey at first. As he climbs the porch steps, he realizes that the orange tunic looks awfully familiar and he does a double take. Don't mind as he pauses and kind of...stares. Considering how he had woken up this morning, it doesn't take any stretch of the imagination to conclude that Frey might be suffering the same effects. It's just...a lot more noticeable on the other boy. ...Girl. He feels his cheeks turn red in embarrassment and his eyes turn away.]

Good morning... [Frey might notice that his voice is a little higher pitched. The unnecessary coat is hard to miss too, but better Frey see that than what's underneath. Not...that it's all that noticeable. But embarrassing all the same.]

[When Mithos steps up onto the porch, Freyjadour glances up from the book in his hands, that surprised stare mirrored on his own face. Mithos usually did everything he could to avoid people here, even when he came to visit Kaori, which Freyjadour had long ago figure out he did.

So the obvious... even... friendly approach, is enough to bring forth questions in his mind. That greeting even more.

But at that blush he is fairly sure his mind is playing tricks on him.]

Good... morning.

[Day 6]

Not agaaaaaain!

[That familiar call is the only warning poor Mithos has to warn him as his dear friend Arche falls from the sky towards him. And you thought the rain was bad.]

[fjsdhfjksdhkflsdhf holy shit what. He doesn't exactly have time to do anything better than throw his arms over his head in an attempt to shield himself, then try to run--

...Nope, he won't get too far at all.]

Day 6

[...Is that Mithos entering and exiting the building? He looks like he's bringing things inside. And it's awfully wet out there.

Ondorus is just going to go out and meet him in the first floor hall.]

Could you use help with that?

[Mithos peers over the bundle of blankets and clothes in his arms - oh, he remembers meeting you. Of course, his memories of their first encounter are very different...]

Ah...if it's not too much trouble.

Day 8

[Sup fellow Luceti Valley resident, here's another one of your kind for you! You might recognize him from that large mansion-turned-orphanage. He's out and about in the town, after all. Like Mithos, Gold doesn't intend on wasting the day.]

[Good news, this Mithos is way less of a social cripple! He sends a quick wave in Gold's direction, knowing him well enough.]
