[Where there once was a blue disc that stood as the "Gate" through which Lucetians could pass through, there is now a blue figure that has the appearance of a poor-quality hologram or a ghost. It's a little old man, and he's very eager to talk to anyone that passes by.]

[Chopper's seen a LOT of weird stuff as the Strawhats' doctor, but this is certainly a new wrinkle. As it is he's never met a little old man who was too dangerous, but...well, he's never met a little old man who was blue and featureless, either. He'll just...kind of hide while addressing him.]
