Summary: So Nami and Usopp have gone home. Naoki isn’t exactly in the best of moods. Solution: run to Ted, of course.

[Gone. Naoki couldn’t believe it. He didn’t even want to believe it. It was easier to deny that they weren’t gone, not both of them within a few days. It wasn’t fair.

And he knew he was being a brat about it. A selfish one. Because he didn’t want them to go where he couldn’t see them anymore. He wanted them h—no. It was a thought that he couldn’t help but be angry at himself for. It was the thought that had drove him outside into the cold wind and snow, hands buried in his pockets and eyes fixed on the ground.

He wasn’t sure where to go. He’d left a note for Isamu and Richard and would likely contact them over the journals later but for now, he just—

Naoki stops, looks up. Community building 7…huh? He hadn’t even noticed his feet leading him here. But without preamble he was entering and scaling the steps. He had almost expected his body to take him here. There was just something…heh. He wanted to see Ted, he guessed. Somehow he was comforted around him. Soon enough he’d reach the door to his apartment and if his knock received no answer…he would sit on the floor next to it.

[Naoki will be--well, a little bit at least. What? Showers are relaxing. When he walks back into the room he's still drying his hair with a towel. And thankfully, the pants fit him.]

[Naoki finishes drying his hair, ruffling it into some semblance of neatness before wandering over to the bed.] Teeeeeed... [He mumbles it...well, not very loudly at all. Naoki, that's not how you wake someone up.]

Ted. [An eensy bit louder this time around. Naoki leeeeans slightly over him, blinking down. Ahh, poking him seems kind of mean.]

[But but but--- Ted blearily looks at his current infiltrator, blinking owlishly for a moment as he tries to remember why he's there.]

[Naoki grins faintly and sits up slightly.] Finally, you're awake.

Mmwhu... [Ah, right. He sits up, stretching his arms out for a moment before pulling his hand back for a yawn.] Nap. Done then?

[He nods, forcing himself off the bed and slowly picking up his clothes from the edge of it. Once he's done with that task, he trudges over to the bathroom, intent on waking himself up with a warm shower.]

[Oh you sneaky little glowworm. Ted eventually emerges from the depths of the bathroom, raising an eyebrow in amusement at the sight of Naoki. Huh.]
