Where: Probably all over the place, mostly along the quake lines.
Summary: Here's the secondary log for the quake; anyone and everyone can feel free to dig around and interact, organize search parties, even have a follow-up for the events of the quake itself. Free-for-all. The main purpose is to progress the plot.
Rating: G/PG for maybe violence and language again. IDEK.

What: Earthquake Event
When: Sometime between 5 and 7 hours after the earthquake
Where: Near the northern river, under the ground in a partially collapsed tunnel
Summary: Nami and Zoro have been completely buried, their tunnel is slowly filling with water, and they haven't muscled their way out because their resident musclehead got his head cracked. Hence NAKAMA SEARCH AND RESCUE. Continued after here.
Rating: PG for very probable language
