I'm neither a pirate nor a navy man. [He lounges back expertly.] I cannot go back to England, and a little excursion on a little boat with a friend is hardly piracy.

It's not as though Jack even has many opportunities for real piracy at the moment.

Except that he isn't even stealing anything that can't be taken for free anyway.
