Summary: An amusement park has popped up in Luceti. It's all over here.
Rating: F is for friends who do stuff together!

Just some notes here not in the mod post -
1) The weather will be bright and partly cloudy for the rest of the month on the beach side of things. A nice cool sea breeze will keep people from melting out there.
2) All the old Luceti Land rides are still available. However, feel free to make up your own attractions and rides as well.
3) Since this is around for two weeks, we may put up another mass log if this one gets too full. So keep an eye on that!
4) Don't forget to tag your character's name on to the log! If you don't have one yet, just let us know and we'll get you hooked up.

As way of explanation for all this, Bil will have written a message on the first page of the journals. It cannot be replied to, it simply states:

"My condolences for all the trouble. You were due for an experiment today, but I thought you might enjoy an amusement park instead. It seemed like the sort of thing the Great One would do."

[THAT DROID IS...DOING NOTHING?]

I'm trying to decide what prize I should get between these two. [She was holding two different charms, one looked like a woman with winged hairs and the other was of a young girl]

Why do I have to choose between the two of you...

[Vash has seen enough games that he at least gets the concept.] I think you'd have to win again to get both, but that one looks happier. I like that one better. [He points to the charm of the young girl.]

Oh, Nao-chan? [She raises that charm up.] She's my best friend back home. [She lowers that one and raises the other.]

And so is Engi...that's why I can't just pick one over the other. I would feel horrible if I did that. [She glances up at the stand, which the game itself involved shooting at a bunch of generic dream demons for points.]

I could try again, but then I would feel bad if I couldn't and ended up leaving one of them behind. [She doesn't want to leave her friends behind ;;]

[Vash takes a look at the game. Looks like a pretty easy one to him.]

Here, then let me try it. [He takes out the first of the tokens he was given, having seen other people do this before and hands it over to the droid.

[She blinks, looking to Vash. The Droid simple moves aside once it was paid, although it was still eyeing Yui. No getting away with two prizes now!

The droid pulls a crank and the game starts up. Now the targets were all moving. They were all clearly marked with numbers on them. Some were worth only a point, others were worth 10, 20, and some rare 50.]

Ah...I think you need about 200-300 points for this charm.

That many? Don't worry, I'm actually not too bad at this sort of thing. [Vash takes aim, making sure to hit the ones worth the most points first. Every so often intentionally missing some of the lower points one. He doesn't really like to show off just how good his marksmanship is if he can help it.

He'll make sure he has a safe 300 before he starts to miss a few more until the game ends.]

[Yui will be watching with anticipation. Despite those misses, Yui is rather impressed. She even applauds when the game ends.]

I think that was more than enough! [The droid seems to think it was too. It finally backs off once the game ends and continues it's eerie watch of the people passing through.] Thank you so much. Ah, I never did ask for your name, did I?

Jerry-san. My name is Yui. [she bows her head slightly] It's nice to meet you. Hehe, now they won't be alone.

[She raises the two charms together with a smile.] How long did it take for you to learn to shoot like that?

It's nice to meet you too. [At the question though, Vash can't help but laugh a little awkwardly.] A very, very long time. [Couple hundred years of practice in fact.]
