Summary: An amusement park has popped up in Luceti. It's all over here.
Rating: F is for friends who do stuff together!

Just some notes here not in the mod post -
1) The weather will be bright and partly cloudy for the rest of the month on the beach side of things. A nice cool sea breeze will keep people from melting out there.
2) All the old Luceti Land rides are still available. However, feel free to make up your own attractions and rides as well.
3) Since this is around for two weeks, we may put up another mass log if this one gets too full. So keep an eye on that!
4) Don't forget to tag your character's name on to the log! If you don't have one yet, just let us know and we'll get you hooked up.

As way of explanation for all this, Bil will have written a message on the first page of the journals. It cannot be replied to, it simply states:

"My condolences for all the trouble. You were due for an experiment today, but I thought you might enjoy an amusement park instead. It seemed like the sort of thing the Great One would do."

[She's not watching where she's going, naturally, so when she crashes into the pirate she starts and jumps back.] Hey!

[And then she spots the bottle of rum. And her eyes start moving upward until they get to Jack's face. ...Jack. Is probably not amused by the amusement park. As far as she knew Buffy wasn't back yet, and she didn't even know about Doctor McCoy.]

I don't know. The lights and sound are glaring into my house and then I wake up and I can't help but come here just in case...

It looked fun and my friends and I had to come. It's a nice distraction...it's almost like things are normal here.

Distractions, aye. This might be too much of a distraction; I should likely return to the village. Malnosso: always tryin' to distract us, aren't they. Throw our eyes here, do something foul elsewhere.

You really think it's necessary to go back to the village though? Hardly anyone's still there.

[He rubs his forehead for a moment, thinking. Wondering.] I'm not sure what's best to be done, now. Or what they need. What I can do.

Buffy. Buffy and McCoy. They're gone.

Buffy I knew about, but when did Doctor McCoy disappear?

Three days. Three days he's been gone...which means it could be quite a while before they return him, lass.

I didn't know...I'm sorry. But maybe that means they'll return her soon. That'd be way too cruel of them to keep them both, don't you think?

[Just this look. It's the Malnosso, Shiki. They're cruel bastards dontcha know.]

Realism. Realism will keep you much more alive than optimism will. I'm...more worried about McCoy to tell you true. Buffy can handle herself.

What's to worry about McCoy? He's not capable of defense?

It's McCoy. He's not like myself or...he's not a fighter. He's better. But not a fighter.

I think I enjoyed them enough...I kind of take it upon myself to make sure everybody else is enjoying them as well.

Besides, it's not like this is the first time I've chatted with a drunken old pirate during festivities.
