Summary: An amusement park has popped up in Luceti. It's all over here.
Rating: F is for friends who do stuff together!

Just some notes here not in the mod post -
1) The weather will be bright and partly cloudy for the rest of the month on the beach side of things. A nice cool sea breeze will keep people from melting out there.
2) All the old Luceti Land rides are still available. However, feel free to make up your own attractions and rides as well.
3) Since this is around for two weeks, we may put up another mass log if this one gets too full. So keep an eye on that!
4) Don't forget to tag your character's name on to the log! If you don't have one yet, just let us know and we'll get you hooked up.

As way of explanation for all this, Bil will have written a message on the first page of the journals. It cannot be replied to, it simply states:

"My condolences for all the trouble. You were due for an experiment today, but I thought you might enjoy an amusement park instead. It seemed like the sort of thing the Great One would do."

[Well it's hard to tell when the man's actually anything but neutral to things okay.]

They're not pointless to those that are simple-minded, it seems. Besides, I've seen better.

Have you now? And in what ways would it be better?

[The sky temple was an impressive feat of engineering. But still. Such marvels of technology here are far beyond what his world could ever hope to accomplish.]

Larger. More complex, if you will, intricate designs and the like. Though I will say that this is slightly impressive considering who created it. It just seems too...simple. Cheap games and thrills. Where's the challenge?

[Given what the Malnosso are able to achieve? Ganondorf doesn't consider it that impressive. Suppressing the power of the gods is no small feat.]

There is none to be had. If you feel this way, then why are you here?

Simply for the fact that there's nothing else to be doing. I may as well watch everyone else overreact to the park. It makes sense, wouldn't you agree?

[No, not this time Draco. Ganondorf turns away, rolling his eyes a bit.]

There is nothing to be gained in watching the entertainment of others. Either join them or let them be. A spectator is merely a fool.

...I'm not a fool. A fool would be one who rushes into something like this.

Others might call them bold. Though there is little difference from that and foolhardy. In either case, there is little to be gained in watching them.

But what is it that you've gained beyond a sense of being underwhelmed?

The knowledge that our captors have incredible powers, to be able to waste so much on such an idle fancy as this.

...oh. [Okay, he's got a fair point.] I suppose that's one way to look at it, yes. Congratulations on that lesson.

[Ganondorf rolls his eyes and shakes his head ever so slightly. Such a cocky whelp. Much like a younger Ganondorf, in some ways.]

As you wish. [And Draco's going to wave him off, turning to face the amusement park again. He's still not going in for a while, but Ganondorf's given him something to mull on.]
