Summary: An amusement park has popped up in Luceti. It's all over here.
Rating: F is for friends who do stuff together!

Just some notes here not in the mod post -
1) The weather will be bright and partly cloudy for the rest of the month on the beach side of things. A nice cool sea breeze will keep people from melting out there.
2) All the old Luceti Land rides are still available. However, feel free to make up your own attractions and rides as well.
3) Since this is around for two weeks, we may put up another mass log if this one gets too full. So keep an eye on that!
4) Don't forget to tag your character's name on to the log! If you don't have one yet, just let us know and we'll get you hooked up.

As way of explanation for all this, Bil will have written a message on the first page of the journals. It cannot be replied to, it simply states:

"My condolences for all the trouble. You were due for an experiment today, but I thought you might enjoy an amusement park instead. It seemed like the sort of thing the Great One would do."

She settles down in the seat, and actually remembers to put on the safety bar this time. Amazing.]

[He's just going to prod at the safety bar before pulling it down.] And what's this for?

A metal bar? Really? [He's busy thinking about all of the dangerous things he's done that wouldn't bother needing a safety bar.]

Muggles really think that this will keep people safe? [Sure Draco. Keep talking and whining. The car's going to move at some point whether you like it or not.]

[With a loud CLUNK, the rollercoaster car begins its slow climb. It's too late to turn back now....]

The car is getting awfully high at this point….]

We did. [He's failing to notice at the moment since he's about to go on a tirade...] I swear, Grune, I'm going to find a way to make sure information sticks longer than five seconds. How could you forget even the simplest detail? [He's not even considering the possibility he never told her.]

[And they're pausing at the top….]

Then what, you blatantly ignore me? Because let me tell you th--[And it's dawned on him where they are.] Grune what is it doing.

[She looks around.] Oh, the ride is starting.

[Plunge.]

[WHY ARE THEY SUDDENLY GOING SO FAST STRAIGHT DOWN TOWARD THE GROUND? Don't mind him yelling right in Grune's ear.] You're trying to kill me, aren't you?

[Grune barely blinks.] Why would I try to kill you?

[If she notices this plummeting thing, she gives no sign.]

[There's a wild gesture to what's going on around them.] This, maybe?

Don't worry. It's--

[And now they're lurching upwards to the sky!]

There's only a bar! Do you realize that?

Oh, yes. Don't worry. We won't fall out. [Pause.] Hmm. Or will we?

All right. [She gives him a puzzled look, not noticing they're back to plunging ground-wards.]

[He stops yelling long enough to just stare.] Grune, do you just continually have out-of-body experiences?

Out-of-body experiences? [And now they're whipping around a corner!]

[He doesn't get to answer, seeing how the speed they're going around that corner causes his body to slide and slam into the side of the cart due to him not being prepared.] Ow. Never. Listening to your judgment. Ever.
