[Upon spotting Adell battling nearby, Rydia nudges Kain and heads over. It can't hurt to team up for a while, can it? To that tend, she casts a well-aimed Thundaga at enemy soldiers approaching.]

[Kain comes along willingly, taking to the air and targeting an enemy soldier, impaling the Third Party member as he soars downward.]

[Someone hadn't been expecting backup, so he stops dead when the Thundaga roasts a group of soldiers coming in and as Kain plummets from the heavens to impale an enemy soldier into red goo.

So he blinks for a moment, before turning his attention to another wave. He readies himself and stands in position.

Come at him, Third Party. Do it.]

[Rydia nods to Adell, barely having time to flash a smile before preparing her next spell. Firaga ought to help with those approaching, though there will still be plenty left for Adell and Kain.]

[By now, Kain's used to the range of Rydia's spells, so he moves to take on soldiers on the fringes, those who are missed by that blast. He strikes fiercely, thrusting and slashing his lance through them.]

[Adell targets the other fringe, rushing into combat with his fists ablaze. His punches fell the common soldiers in single blows, his raw speed allowing him to move seamlessly from target to target. It's almost like watching a dance when he really gets a combo flowing.]

[Rydia would be happy to just sit and watch them both at work sometime...in the battle dome, not in the heat of battle itself. As it is, she's forced to cope with the latter and casts Bio, sapping nearby soldiers of their health and strength. That ought to make them easier targets for the two.]

[That certainly helps a lot for picking off those enemies. Kain unleashes a rough blast of wind upon those nearest, then continues stabbing at them, light on his feet as he leaps among enemies to take them down.]
