[Hello forlorn-looking frog who at least looks realistic. There is a man sitting in a really crappy frog costume next to you. Nothing personal but he's looking at you grumpily.] So, have you always been a - ribbit [Gah! Let him clear his throat real quick.] frog, or is this new to you too?

[Vash isn't sure what's worse. You actually at least ARE a frog and aren't in a really stupid looking costume, but... you're a frog.]

[Any day this week, you can find Don walking around the village. He may just be walking. He may be carrying something. Or he may be in the midst of some other task. You see, while Don is always a very helpful and considerate guy, this week he feels a strange compulsion to do anything that anyone asks him to do. In the first few days he'll resist the impulse and refuse to do silly or morally questionable things, but as the week goes on it just seems to get harder for him to say no.]

[Karai feels there is some horrible experiment afoot. She should go out and investigate and gather information to report to her evil stepfather, but she can't find any of her clothes. And she doesn't want to go out in the simple, soot-stained shift that she's wearing.

Well, she's a ninja. She can avoid being seen!

...but sadly her apartment is dirty, so she'll have to make sure all her chores are done first. You can find her scrubbing the bathroom floor and singing to a very confused Chaplin. :| It's the most affection the kitten's got from her in weeks.]

[It was one of those days in Luceti where everything felt right. The sun was shining, though not too much to make the day hot and uncomfortable. There was a nice breeze out, though not too cold to make things chilly. And everything in the village was perfect.

On any other day, it would have been a sure sign of approaching doom, but not today. No, today was perfect. Today was fluffily amazing. And on such a good, happy day, the only sensible thing to do was to share the good cheer with everyone. And by everyone, Ginia really meant her favorite friends two floors above.

Dressed in a cute white sundress and carrying a small bag with some cookies and tea, Ginia set out to walk the two flights of stairs up to room 22.

Really, she should have just stayed in bed.]

Ginia will catch sight of Giles in the hallway just outside the room in question. His back is to her, his concentration is utterly absorbed in...whatever he's doing.

Whatever he's doing looks suspiciously like a box step. Over and over again. Hey, he'll get this one day. He knows he will. Now is a good day for getting things.]

In the woods, first few days

[Perhaps normally Yue would have resolutely ignored the compulsion to go wander around the forest and set up house in a cave, but when he's stuck in a dress that won't come off? Hiding seems like a good option to him.

Even changing forms won't get rid of the thing, though Yukito is far, far more amused by it than his other self. Far more than Yue thinks anyone really should be.

Snow WhiteYue can be found brooding sulking traipsing about the forest and sometimes, when he isn't paying attention to what he's doing, sweeping out the cave that's become his home and maybe humming quietly to himself. Until he realizes what he's doing, of course, and pretends he was doing nothing of the sort.

At least there aren't any dwarfs.]

[This fine... afternoon sees one Cecil Harvey walking around with a purpose. What is that purpose, you ask? Why, he needs to find his stepchildren, of course! After all, there are candies to eat, stories to tell, rooms to clean, imaginary rats to hunt and cook, stepchildren to ditch in the forest... Even if they're not his.]

[At some point, Terra leaves her house. She can't explain it, but there's this compulsion to just...head to the edge of the woods as soon as possible. She's been fighting it, but it's finally become too much for her. With some dread, she heads over, wondering all the while what's going to happen.]

[Behold! There is a rather short young man in a red hoodie and a matching skirt wandering the village with a lively spring in his step and a basket full of jerky and cheap canned goods in hand. This would be none other than Little Mac Riding Hood, whom has unwillingly embraced this 'role' imposed on him. He stops periodically, seeming at loss as to which direction he should be heading... or, perhaps he is simply boggling at the sight of all the unusually dressed people. On occasion, while watching others, he finds himself blushing and pressing a few fingers to his lips in surprise or to politely stifle a nervous laugh, as a good Little Mac Riding Hood should.

Alternatively, you may spot Mac later in the week decked out in full armor plating, and lacking a sword. While his visor has a habit of slamming shut on him, it shouldn't be too difficult to recognize him because he must be the least imposing knight in the place. Nonetheless, he won't let his size (or lack thereof) keep him from triumphing over wicked dragons and sorcerers, as there are damsels and princesses to be saved!]

After her two prior failures at gobbling up a wearer of red (or orange, shut up, she's blind to color don't judge her disability), Miyabi is more than ready to just spring forth and nibble on this one.

And that's exactly what she'll do. She quite literally leaps from her hiding place behind a trash bin and...stops right in front of Mac, looking shy and nervous. ...Seems even Luceti magic can't change her personality.]

Uhm...excuse me, but I'm really hungry. Could I please eat you? I tried so very hard to eat two other people, but one tricked me, and the other one was much too furry and big. So may I please eat you?

Sleeping Beauty - Welcome Centre

[Selphie was banned from the journal. She'd attempted to argue this fact but in the end, she gave in. She was unaware of a lot of happenings in the village. She didn't know that several more of her friends had disappeared and if her friends knew about it, they weren't saying anything. But it was a proven distraction. She'd pulled out of her funk and was calmer.

Calm but quiet. She's been roaming the village a little bit but today brings her to the Welcome Centre and an interesting item in the centre of the room. She recognized the spinning wheel but stared at it curiously as she did with all the new items that arrived in Luceti. It didn't look like anything from home so maybe it was intended for someone else.

Regardless, she approaches the wheel and sits at the bench. Something about it feels familiar but Selphie knows that she's never used one in her life. She reaches down into the basket of wool to begin the process of making it into yarn. It keeps her hands busy despite her lack of experience in the process and thus, keeps her mind preoccupied as well.

At least until her index finger gets a bit too close to that awfully sharp looking spindle. A rat goes scurrying by under her feet which causes her to give a startled yelp and prick her finger on the spindle at the same time. Her immediate reaction is to suck on the injured digit to slow the bleeding but with each passing moment her body starts to feel heavier and heavier.]

What's... happening...?

[Fight as she must, Selphie's eyes eventually shut completely before she tumbles off the stool, falling to the ground in a deep sleep.]

Okay, so you know never to take candy from strangers, and never to vandalize someone else's property, but don't kid yourselves. You know this is worth it.

So make haste to the woods just outside the village and step right up whether you've run out of bread crumbs, have an insatiable sweet-tooth, are in need of somewhere to be rescued from, feel like you haven't eaten in days due to your strict princessy diet, or are just plain curious as to where that never-ending trail of ants is heading.

And yeah, there may be a wicked witch inside, but come on. She's probably half blind and reluctant to try cooking anyone who wouldn't fit into an oven anyway. What's the worst that could happen? >D]

Upon closer inspection, yes. This is an entire house made of candy. Now, how to proceed. For some reason Fuuko feels it's almost necessary to start gorging herself on the delicious candy goodness... Though those feelings are soon overridden by the desire to break into this candy house and leave its occupant a wonderful hand crafted pair of shoes starfish!

Now how exactly does she get through a candy door? ...Can you lock a candy door? Eating her way through would just be silly!]

[Prince charming Leonardo will be wandering around the village. He's on a mission though, to try and find him a princess for the ball. [Random teleporting. It's almost nostalgic. But it's also quite dastardly. So Giles, once he gets down off the roof of Community Building 1, is going to Heroically Hunt Mewtwo down and...possibly slay him. He isn't sure. Psychic cat beasts are a new one on him.]

HOUSE 50 - HANSEL AND GRETEL

[House 50 looks a little different today, what with the gingerbread and candy shutters and suchlike. It's quite a tempting sight, especially to any children who might be wandering by.

And should one pause at the house, they might just find Ayumu standing outside and staring in a disapproving fashion at the new decor. She's also ended up wearing something she also disapproves of and can't seem to change into her normal clothing. On top of that, she has the strangest impulses to drag people into the house and fatten them up— wanting to feed people isn't unusual, but she doesn't normally want to cook them afterwards. It clearly has to be an experiment, and she just hopes it gets back to normal soon.]
