Let 'em say we're crazy, I don't care about that!

Summary: The last day. The end has come. The moon is coming down and piercing the barrier. Nothing can stop it.

By the time morning hits Luceti, the Moon has begun to breach the barrier, noticeable by how the barrier will fluctuate about the Moon's face in strange ribbons of energy. The oceans and lakes begin to rage as they are caught by the Moon's gravity. The ground begins to quake in an unsettling way. Small and harmless tremors that will slowly intensify over the course of the day. With the Moon already partway through the barrier, it will be noticeable that it is not quite as large as the real Moon. Though quite vast, the Moon itself does is not quite the entire size of Luceti, but is large enough to span the entire village and more. The Moon's angered face does not cease for a moment, even as it becomes the only sight in the sky.

Yet it remains in the sky, slowly breaking through the barrier, and proving indestructible in spite of all that is thrown at it. In the evening it will begin to cause gravitational disturbances, drawing up debris and small objects into the air. When it finally reaches midnight, the bottom of the Moon will be one mile above Luceti. At that point, all will suddenly black out and know no more. What becomes of the Moon? Does Luceti go splat? Will CJ finally get his moon rocks? Stay tuned!

[Everybody else huh?]

...Fuuko hopes everybody else is safe too. And Nagisa-san, Fuuko hopes she got home safely and isn't afraid or worried.

[Looking up to stare at the moon... Ugh, it's much too creepy to look at for too long.]

I'm sure they will be. Everybody's working really hard to stay safe right now. If you want, I could lead you over to the tunnels.

[C'mon, please don't be too sad... even if it's hard not to be scared at a time like htis.]

[As much as she would like to go, Fuuko shakes her head.]

No, Fuuko can't go. Not until Fuuko is sure Nagisa-san is safe. She'll probably be doing the same and thinking of Fuuko too.

If Fuuko went to the tunnels, would Nagisa-san be there too?

[Aw. Ven can totally understand where she's coming from, too.]

We could look for her together. Nobody should get left behind!

[Looking a little more hopeful now, there might even be a smile there.]

That's right, everyone else should be safe, especially Nagisa-san! Oh, you too Ven-san, you're included in 'everyone' too!

[Standing now, albeit a little shakily as she gets to her feet.]

Hey, don't worry. I know what you mean.

[Here, he'll even offer his hand!]

[And she'll take that offer! Tentatively at first, but she eventually grabs a hold of his hand.]

Good, Fuuko is glad you understand. Where should we start our search Ven-san?

Well, have you already looked around? It'd probably help if we crossed a few places off our list.

Fuuko wandered through the plaza and couldn't find anyone... Then Fuuko went down and looked around the clinic and item shop but there was no one there either.

So I guess we can mark off the plaza, clinic, and item shop.

[Hrmmm.]

Have you looked in any of the houses? Or maybe the battle dome...

Houses? Fuuko hadn't thought of knocking on any doors and asking if Nagisa-san was there. Do you think she could be inside somewhere?!

...Fuuko doubts Nagisa-san would go to the Battle Dome, even now. Unless she was nearby at the time. Isn't the Battle Dome really far away though?

She could be! If she was afraid and needed to take shelter, they'd be a good place to check out. Probably a better bet than the Battle Dome.

[The downside is that there are a lot of houses and apartment buildings...]

Alright, we should start looking in all the houses then! [...] But there are lots of houses. This will probably take a long time!!

What should we do Ven-san?! Fuuko is at a loss once again!

We'll just have to hurry and cover as much ground as we can! There's gotta be some way to find her...

Hurry?! Okay! Fuuko will hurry as fast as possible!!

[And she's already taken off as she's saying this, running over to the nearest building to knock on the door and try peering inside through the windows.] Nagisa-saaan?!

[And Ven will hurry to another building close by!]

Hey! Anyone in there?

[No response. Checking another house, and then another. There seems to be a pattern emerging.]

Fuuko isn't getting any responses! Is no one home at all?!

Maybe she's already at the tunnels!

[At least, that's what he's hoping at this rate.]

[Maybe... It's time to go to the tunnels then? She doesn't want to give up like this, but if she's getting no reply...]

That's true... But Fuuko would like to look around one last time! Just in case! [And so she runs up to another house, panting a little by now. Running gets tiring after awhile.]

That's okay! It's always good to double check.

[Especially when friends are involved. Still, he's getting a little worried seeing Fuuko so exhausted, so he'll follow close behind.]

[Peering into this house as best she can and pushing her face up against the glass of one of the windows... But she can't see anyone inside.]

Nothing. No one is here either. [Now she can have a moment to catch her breath.]

[Aww, Fuuko. Here, have a one-armed hug from a very concerned derp.]

Hey, it's okay. You did your best, and I'm sure she's doing alright.

[Thanks for the hug Ven, Fuuko will repay you by leaning on you a little. Still panting a little, yeesh.]

Fuuko can only hope at this point, right? We should probably go now, otherwise... [Splat?]

Right. C'mon, we'll go together.

[It's the least he could do for a friend. And he doesn't really mind the closeness, since he knows it's pretty darn scary right now.]

[Scary measures call for sticking close together! ...Also Ven makes a nice post to lean against whilst Fuuko catches her breath. As they go off together, Fuuko will take Ven's hand.]

Alright... Are all of your friends safe Ven-san? Fuuko hasn't been keeping you from finding them, right?
