Summary: It's finally here, an entire day dedicated to celebrating the starfish and spending time with friends. Have fun!

After months of planning and roping in poor, innocent people to help out with some of the work it's finally done. An actual festival, all for the starfish.

The morning of the 14th mostly consists of people arriving, the stalls being brought in and decorations being put up. It's all about the preparation! Most of the decorating consists of banners and streamers you might find at a school festival, all hung around doors and windows and between the buildings in the plaza. And star shaped pieces of card being stuck up here and there in places too. If the decorations don't tell you what's going on then the banners saying 'STARFISH FESTIVAL' certainly will.

Come midday the festival is in full swing. There's plenty of food at many of the stalls (either prepared by Fuuko and the other girls or brought in by other villagers) ranging from cake, ice cream and different kinds of sweet things, to starfish tea, sandwiches, all sorts of festival fare. There are a few games set up too where it's possible to win starfish related prizes like pins, badges and even plush toys and some stalls are even giving out wind chimes. Finally there's also a little entertainment provided with music being played in the background throughout most of the festival. (You should totally go listen to Kotomi giving her very own violin recital.)

By night time when most of the food is gone there will be a fireworks display to bring an end to the festival. Hopefully the Starfish Festival would be a day to remember!

(You didn't need to receive an invite in order to come, that was just the girl's attempt at getting word of the festival out there. The festival is open to anyone and everyone to come along and have a good time.)

Hey Fuuko. A starfish badge huh? [She giggles a little as she looks at the badges pinned to Fuuko's shirt.] That's really nice of you.

It's really nice of the starfish to let Fuuko makes badges of the starfish like this! Would you mind if Fuuko pinned a badge onto your clothing or would you rather do it yourself? Fuuko wouldn't want to ruin whatever fashion it is you're rocking today.

[She can't help it!] Hmm... Most of the badges Fuuko has handed out have ended up going on people's chests and jackets, so for someone like you Shiki-san I think the badge should go riiight here! [THE HAT. IT NEEDS A BADGE ON IT.]

[To be honest that's probably where Shiki would put it anyway. She rolls her eyes upward to look at her hat, giving a thoughtful hum before plucking it off her head and holding it in her hands.] You really think so? I guess it could use a little decoration...it's a festival, after all. All right, Fuuko. Lay it on me.

Fuuko thinks so, but then again Fuuko isn't the fashion expert here and doesn't know where all the cool kids put their badges. [Carefully pinning the badge onto the side of Shiki's hat. It takes her about two minutes to properly get the badge positioned in a way she's happy with.] How's that? Did Fuuko put the badge in the right place or did Fuuko turn Shiki-san into a fashion disaster?

[She turns it around to examine it, nodding in approval.] I think it's perfect. [And the hat goes back on.] I think you just made my outfit even better, actually.

Really?! Then this has been a great success! [\o/] Fuuko doesn't know a thing when it comes to putting badges in the right places and accessorizing, so Fuuko feels good knowing the badge has improved your outfit.

You do know I could teach you to be fashionable if you really wanted to be, right? I think you've got a pretty good start, but you just need a little more confidence.

It's not something Fuuko ever really thought about, being fashionable. But if you're willing to teach Fuuko then Fuuko will pay full attention and show everyone how much of a cat walk star Fuuko really is! [Okay she might be going a little far with that. But hey, enthusiasm and determination!]

[Pfffhahaha okay no, must not laugh. She nods in agreement though.] Perfect. It shouldn't take that long...I've got the perfect outfits to get you started, too. But those can wait. You've got a festival going on.

Oh, well yes, Fuuko can't just walk out on the Starfish Festival, that would be very horrible! All this work just to go off and try on clothes! [...] Not that Fuuko is undermining what you do at all Shiki-san, Fuuko just finds the Starfish Festival that much more important as it is one of Fuuko's dreams!

No, I totally get it. You've got your dreams, and I've got mine. Looks like we both made them come true though. You deserve to just...you know, enjoy it.

Then just for this moment Fuuko will fully enjoy the Starfish Festival! [/POSE!] Fuuko is glad your own dreams have come true too though. Was yours to open a clothing store?

Close enough, anyway. Becoming a designer was my real dream...the building just came with it.

Fuuko hopes you enjoy being a designer and that you enjoy the building that came with the dream too! Fuuko has only been there once or twice before but the few times Fuuko has been there have left Fuuko with a good impression of the place.

I'm glad to hear my customers are satisfied. [A slight sigh.] This is kind of why I wished we could remember everything after we leave this place. I'd love to have all of this business sense with me when I get back to Shibuya.

Oh, it would be good to have a lot of experience with businesses if you want to work there. It would also be a good idea to bring headphones with you too, Shibuya seems like a loud place. [...] It's a shame we don't get to keep them.

[Oh gosh. Okay, she can't help but laugh at that. Headphones. Right, that's more Neku's department.] I don't mind the noise of home, really. Anyway...maybe someday someone will figure out how to keep all of our memories. You just never know.

Fuuko would probably have trouble sleeping if it were too noisy, but maybe you get used to it. Sleeping aside, Fuuko really hopes so. It would be horrible to ever lose a memory about a day like today.

I wonder if maybe we can write it down somewhere and find a way to take the written down memories with us. You know, like a journal or something.

Oh! That's a good idea! In fact if we could find a way to take anything from here home with us then that would be great. Just looking at our belongings should be enough to remind us about our time here.

That's a tough question, there's a lot here Fuuko has been given that Fuuko would like to keep. [All those starfish plushies...] Can Fuuko choose to take Manami-san home with Fuuko or are pets not allowed?
