Summary: It's that special time when the Malnosso collect all their recent experiments and apply them all at once to measure effectiveness. Although invaluable as research, it tends to leave the subjects looking just a bit mad.

[ .. Ah, it's another person. Even if it's not an adult but a kid like her, it's still.. scary to meet someone like this. She's already lost to begin with, just like he's asking, but she's hardly ever even left her house. Her house and the garden, those two things were her entire world, but now she's in this strange surroundings, with this strange boy talking to her.. She can't help but feel scared, and for a few moments she stares at the ground as if that might make him disappear or somehow solve the situation. How does she even talk to other people..

In the end she can't even force a sound out of her mouth, she just nods while she's staring at the ground like that. ]

[Ikki just blinks and tilts his head at the lack of verbal answer. Wow, she looks quite scared on top of being lost apparently. He scratches his head for a moment before he steps closer.]

Hey, it's okay, don't worry. I'm lost too and trying to find the way back, why don't we search together? My name's Ikki.

[ It's okay..? Is it really? If he says he's lost.. he probably wouldn't lie, would he? He's just as old as her, after all, and she's never really had contact with people before a whole lot..

But.. just maybe it's alright. So even though it's rather meekly, she nods back at him and speaks up with her tiny voice. ]

.. Kotomi. My name is.. Kotomi Ichinose. I need to go back home or my parents will get worried..

Aha! So you can talk! It's nice to meet you, Kotomi-chan. Here, let's try to find the exit to this place together. Don't worry I'll take care of you.

[ This boy seems so confident.. With him talking like that she really does feel like she can entrust this to him, like he can really help her find the exit. She doesn't know him, but he doesn't seem like a bad person, not while he's smiling like that, so.. ]

[ Exactly, it's not an idea she likes either. She doesn't really have friends, so.. having to let go of someone who's nice to her feels sad. So she just quietly thinks about it as she follows him until she hears his questions. ]

Really..? You could visit? I live Hikarizaka City.. [ .. ] You and your brother could stay for a bit sometimes, I think. My parents often go away, so then the house is really big and lonely and a little scary.. so.. it'd be nice.

I don't know where that place is... But it's not Tokyo, right? It may be safe there, I'll go there as soon as I find my brother.

[He smiles at her confidently. Really, maybe that was the problem all along, he stayed within Tokyo's streets and that made all those people able to follow him and Shun. Maybe if he went to another city they would stop.]
