Long Ago In A Distant Land, Akai, the fully functional fonbot, unleashed a fairly standard mod post. But a foolish player kept asking questions and come on, do you really need to know that much? Now everyone wants to play out their ships and get into fruit shenanigans and undo to evil that is AKAI.

OH YEAH! So like, assume there is stands (or you know, beach-appropriate huts) here and there that are stocked up on bathing suits (and curtains you can change behind), stands with beverages, and snacks. Nobody's really operating them, new stuff just gets Shifted there (BUT ONLY IF YOU'RE NOT WATCHING). The Malnosso are the most considerate bro-ginization ever.

[A shadow in the bright sunlight— enough to wake someone up. Leo blinks blearily, shading his eyes (who left the curtains open?) and squinting. However, just like someone who's just been woken up from a very long sleep, his reply is decidedly...not as helpful:]

Leo? Are you alright? [He continues to stare down at the other, his gaze turning from concern to curiosity. He seemed ok....]

[A name would be good right about now, amidst all this grogginess— ah.

He offers what is hopefully his most disarming (sleepy) smile that he can manage.]

Why are you sleeping out here without at least a blanket? That has to be uncomfortable. [Like he needs any disarming.]

It's not that disagreeable.

[He yawns and sits up. There's sand underfoot and all around...no, definitely not his bedroom. No books.]

But I didn't fall asleep here.

Oh? You didn't? [Curious.... did he simply wake up here?]

I'm not too sure how I got here if I fell asleep in my own room. [glancing around quite harmlessly...] This is the beach, isn't it?

It is. [If the sand and sea didn't convince Leo, the fact that Freyjadour was wearing a bathing suit might.]

[And he would've completed his sentence if a fruit hadn't chosen right then to drop off the tree and right on his hand.

[Frey blinks in surprise and stares as the fruit simply drops directly into Leo's hand.

That was.... quite the coincidence.]

[The Malnosso work in strange ways? Or rather, that was that gust of wind that blew a heavy piece of ripe fruit onto him. Either way, Leo ignores the pain and palms the fruit instead.]

I don't suppose these were too?

[Well then, he'll just go ahead and break it into half. It's a little messy, though-- he tries really hard not to get any splatter on anyone. Really!

[Luckily most of that splatter hits the sand. That smile continues as he accepts the offered half, taking a bite into the flesh of the strangly pointed fruit.

Huh.... It was really good. Nice and.... refreshing, almost.]

I went "typo...?" and thought it as a typo on my end at first. Huhu.

[Quite sweet, but not quite either. Leo's lived through enough poverty to enjoy food regardless of taste, but he glances at Frey after swallowing, being sure to avoid the dribble of juice down...well, anywhere.]

It's good.....Juicy. I mean, I guessed as much, from seeing everyone eating it. [He was being careful to not make a mess, as well, holding the fruit piece carefully as he took another bite.]

[Kya kya, prince, so refined. The look on Leo's face is appreciative as he finishes up his own fruit. Don't worry, he'll refrain from licking his fingers.]

But it isn't too sweet.

Indeed.... It has a nice flavor for a fruit that had to have to have grown so quickly. [he finishes his own half, slightly disappointed by the fact that it is gone, but pleased nonetheless.]
