Long Ago In A Distant Land, Akai, the fully functional fonbot, unleashed a fairly standard mod post. But a foolish player kept asking questions and come on, do you really need to know that much? Now everyone wants to play out their ships and get into fruit shenanigans and undo to evil that is AKAI.

OH YEAH! So like, assume there is stands (or you know, beach-appropriate huts) here and there that are stocked up on bathing suits (and curtains you can change behind), stands with beverages, and snacks. Nobody's really operating them, new stuff just gets Shifted there (BUT ONLY IF YOU'RE NOT WATCHING). The Malnosso are the most considerate bro-ginization ever.

[Link turns in his arms, burying his face against Tsuzuki's chest.]

I was scared he'd go after you. I didn't want him to hurt you 'cause of me... [Lifting his head sadly, he meets Tsuzuki's eyes.] Don't get hurt, okay?

[Tsuzuki understands all too well. After Muraki arrived in town, he had tried his hardest to keep his friends safe. Even so, he had still failed. He kisses the top of his head.] I'll try not to.

Don't put yourself in danger, okay?

[No dwelling on sad things, okay? Link's eyes close at the little kiss.]

I won't if you don't. [He hesitates briefly, then pushes himself up on the tips of his toes to brush a kiss across his cheek.] Thanks.

[He blinks stupidly at first, not quite believing he's that lucky. Tsuzuki touches his cheek softly, before giving Link a glowing smile. He's made his day with that kiss.]

Why are you thanking me?

[Flushing slightly, Link ducks his head.] For... for being there. You're really important to me... [His voice trails off a little.]

I'll always be there for you. You know that, right?

[It feels like he's said too much, and heat rises in his cheeks. He misses looking into Link's eyes, so he gently places a hand under his chin and lifts it up.]

Y-yeah. [Excuse his sudden stutter, Tsuzuki - at the sudden eye contact, Link's words have trailed off, a lump in his throat as he licks his dry lips nervously.]

...Tsuzuki?

[It's intense for him, too. Tsuzuki swallows, but he can't look away. he needs to know what Link's about to say, otherwise he'll regret it forever. It's hard to breathe.]

[Link exhales, wavering.] ...I'm really glad I met you, [he finally whispers. And, blushing to the tips of his ears, he rises up on to the tips of his toes to press a soft, chaste kiss against his lips.]

[He hadn't dared to hope for something like that. Tsuzuki blinks, stunned, as his hand cups Link's face. Somewhat distractedly, he notices how red his friend's ears have grown, and he can't help but wonder if his face is the same color. It certainly feels like it.]

[He smiles tentatively, ducking his head behind his bangs.] Was that... okay, or...?

[Link's eyes are wide as he draws away, and the tentative little smile grows a little wider.] ...Thanks.

[And suddenly, Tsuzuki's going to find himself hugged, Link still smiling to himself, feeling warm and fuzzy and totally, totally content.]

[He's so lucky. Tsuzuki laughs, bubbles of joy filling his chest until he can't contain it any longer. He grabs hold of Link and twirls him once, again.]

When I said we could look for treasures, I wasn't thinking of this. But I like this better.

Whoa! [Link laughs dizzily as he's twirled, grinning like a fool when he's back on steady ground.] It's - yeah. I think we found something even better!

[He ruffles his hair once Link's regained his footing, playful like a puppy.]

I think so, too. Want to look for treasures anyway?

Okay. It'll be nice. [He's not looking out for prospective treasure, though - it's Tsuzuki his smile is aimed at.]

[Tsuzuki is looking for treasures, but mostly because he enjoys the idea of being able to have a souvenir from the first time they kissed.]
If we find anything special, we can hide it away at home. It'll be a good way to remember this.

Oh - that's a really good idea! [There's going to be some very awkward shells sitting around house 49.]

[What would life be if you didn't have gifts given by your pseudo-beach-boyfriend. Tsuzuki points to something glimmering in the sand, his wings fluttering.]

[Ooh, a shiny!] What is it? [Link reaches for Tsuzuki's hand, tugging him over as they investigate.]

It looks like a medallion.

[It's not, however. It's a dirty coin, the sunlight bouncing off its silver shell. Tsuzuki picks it up, but he doesn't recognize the face on it.]

Have you ever seen anything like this before?

I don't think so. I only know about coins from school. [He shrugs a little, looking bemused.] We use rupees in Hyrule - they look like little crystals.

I'm not used to seeing coins, either. My money used to look like slips of paper.

[He flips the coin to Link.]

Crystals? That sounds really pretty.

Paper? What if they tear?

[He snags it out of midair left-handed, examining it thoughtfully.] Wonder where it comes from... They are kind of pretty! They're different colours, too - green ones are only worth one, blue are worth five, and red are worth twenty. And there's others, but they're a lot more rare.


((OOC: Who do you want to say ends up keeping the coin? If it gets left in 49, Link will end up stashing it in the box under his bed, but Tsuzuki is welcome to take it with him.))
