Long Ago In A Distant Land, Akai, the fully functional fonbot, unleashed a fairly standard mod post. But a foolish player kept asking questions and come on, do you really need to know that much? OH YEAH! So like, assume there is stands (or you know, beach-appropriate huts) here and there that are stocked up on bathing suits (and curtains you can change behind), stands with beverages, and snacks. Nobody's really operating them, new stuff just gets Shifted there (BUT ONLY IF YOU'RE NOT WATCHING). The Malnosso are the most considerate bro-ginization ever.

[Roji sits in silence, glancing around to see what else is going on on the beach. Watching someone eat is pretty weird, after all.

But he eventually decides to ask the boy something.]

Out of curiosity, how long have you been in Luceti? Are you new?

[Because now that he thinks about it, he doesn't think he's even seen this boy before.]

[He chews thoughtfully and swallows. His gaze fixes on where the ocean stretches toward the horizon in the distance, willfully ignoring the multitudes of humans.] It's been more than a year.

[and there's a very good reason you've never seen him. It has something to do with paranoia, distrust, and hatred keeping him secluded as much as possible.]

Really? [He doesn't do a very good job of hiding his surprise. He's practically gawking at the other boy.] I'm surprised I haven't run into you yet. It's been almost a year for me. You kinda get used to seeing certain faces as time goes by, y'know?

...I don't go out a lot. Especially since a little while ago. [he gestures vaguely to the crutches laying beside him in the sand.]

[Roji eyes the crutches.] Oh...

[He's not one to pry at strangers, so he sits in awkward silence for a good minute.]

Well, I'm glad you were able to make it out on such a nice day. It's really nice for February.
