[The knowledge of the experiment going on is making him suspicious of even changes that seem little.] What're you doing today?

Oh, not much. Just hit the bakery up. Probably check out the item shop, maybe do a little reading, listen to some music, maybe hit the bar later.

I'd like that. Didn't have any big plans today yourself?

Nope. Was just planning on doing what I do most days. [Naoki hitches his shoulder with a shrug, laugh.] Nothing exciting.

Then wanna go grab some lunch? I'm starved! [Says the guy who just came from the bakery.]

I'd never say no to lunch. [He grins.] Let's go.

GREAT! To Seventh Heaven! And maybe over some lunch you could tell me more about what you did to save your world!

To Seventh Heaven, [Naoki agrees, laughing.] I'll tell ya. If we used money I'd make you treat me, but aren't you lucky we don't. [He's teasing. Or is he.]

Very lucky! Because otherwise I might have ditched you with the bill.

Ouch. [Slaps a hand to his own chest, dramatically.] That hurts, man.

Hey! What are friends for! Either way! Like you said, good thing we don't have to worry about that.

[He laughs, shakes his head.] Good thing. C'mon. I could go for some food, actually.

Yeah, just thinking about is making me hungrier! I wonder what I should get. Maybe a burger! Or a chili dog. Or maybe some chicken! Or fish!

Or maybe 'all of the above' if you're especially hungry.

I got an idea! How about we just order one of everything and see how much we can finish together!

...We'll have to finish most of it, if we don't wanna make whoever's cooking mad at us. [Oho? Is that a CHALLENGE ACCEPTED from Naoki? It may very well be.]

Ah well, whatever we don't finish we'll just take home as leftovers!

I wouldn't say a competition. Competition means you'd have a chance. We'd better find a big table for all the food we'll be getting.
