What: ~~Broship~~; just Naoki and Ted, c’mon. Hanging out…kinda.

Where: Community Building 7, Floor 5, Room 21.
Summary: So Nami and Usopp have gone home. Naoki isn’t exactly in the best of moods. Solution: run to Ted, of course.
Rating: Idek. Nothing over PG. Barely over G? ...but here's a warning for SAP. So. Much. Sap.

[Gone. Naoki couldn’t believe it. He didn’t even want to believe it. It was easier to deny that they weren’t gone, not both of them within a few days. It wasn’t fair.

And he knew he was being a brat about it. A selfish one. Because he didn’t want them to go where he couldn’t see them anymore. He wanted them h—no. It was a thought that he couldn’t help but be angry at himself for. It was the thought that had drove him outside into the cold wind and snow, hands buried in his pockets and eyes fixed on the ground.

He wasn’t sure where to go. He’d left a note for Isamu and Richard and would likely contact them over the journals later but for now, he just—

Naoki stops, looks up. Community building 7…huh? He hadn’t even noticed his feet leading him here. But without preamble he was entering and scaling the steps. He had almost expected his body to take him here. There was just something…heh. He wanted to see Ted, he guessed. Somehow he was comforted around him. Soon enough he’d reach the door to his apartment and if his knock received no answer…he would sit on the floor next to it.

Want some now? [Scooooting in his direction...and flopping next to him. Lazy.]

[He looks thoughtful at that, letting go of enough blankets in case Naoki wanted to scoot in for... whatever he wants that isn't warmth, seeing as he's a lot warmer than Ted will ever be.] Well, not now, we just ate. Maybe a little later?

[He wants the human contact, okay? Naoki burrows himself under the blankets.] Mmhmm. We can make lunch together, huh?

[He lays down beside him lazily, content like a kitten after it's gotten it's milk.] Mm. Don't blame me if I accidentally burn something.

[Naoki curls up.] I'll save it before you do.

[He laughs.] I'll count on that, then.

[...hmm. From under the blankets, is that a low rumbling sound? Maybe. Point out the faint purring and he'll get horribly embarrassed.] You can count on me.

[.... Blink.] Did you just purr?

[The lump under the blankets that is Naoki shifts. And not at all defensively--] No.

[... Snickering.] Of course not.

I didn't! [He did. It was an involuntary reaction, okay.]

I never said anything otherwise. [He grins.] But you're getting so flustered, I have to wonder now...

[fdglkjfsfksd] I'm not flustered--!

You're turning red. [Snickering here.]

[Just nudging at him without saying a word and roooooolling over.]

[Just... snickering, before reaching over to mess his hair.] Didn't know you were such a large kitten.

[Mumblegrumble.] M'not...

Are too. A large, ticklish kitten. [He says this as he reaches over to brush his hand against Naoki's side, light enough to be barely there but with enough pressure to state the obvious intention.]

[Naoki squeaks and fidgets himself away from the touch.]

[But Naoki, he's too persistent! Just going to keep doing that then.]

[Squirm squirm squirm.] S-stoppit--
