Long Ago In A Distant Land, Akai, the fully functional fonbot, unleashed a fairly standard mod post. But a foolish player kept asking questions and come on, do you really need to know that much? Now everyone wants to play out their ships and get into fruit shenanigans and undo to evil that is AKAI.

OH YEAH! So like, assume there is stands (or you know, beach-appropriate huts) here and there that are stocked up on bathing suits (and curtains you can change behind), stands with beverages, and snacks. Nobody's really operating them, new stuff just gets Shifted there (BUT ONLY IF YOU'RE NOT WATCHING). The Malnosso are the most considerate bro-ginization ever.

[He sets the towel down, then follows Nagisa to the stands. Well, finding a swimsuit definitely wouldn't be a problem. There was more than enough of those! Maybe if he was lucky, his clothes would be mostly dry by the time he decided to head back.

He picks out a pair of swimming trunks and turns to Nagisa.]

I'm going to get changed. Could you keep looking for other clothes for me?

WHAT do you want Nagisa to put on shades and make a dealwithit.png face to Claude..?!

[It's certainly hot enough out to dry his clothes! So they could always hang Claude's wet ones over a chair afterward.

She's already glancing around for other clothes while Claude picks out his pair of trunks, so she doesn't mind.]

Okay! I'll keep looking. [From the looks of it though, she's not sure if she'll find anything. It seems like there are just bathing suits and food..]

[Unfortunately, he cannot wear food. Alas...! He goes off to change, though. It takes a little longer than it probably should, if only because taking off wet clothes is a bit of a hassle. When he returns, he carries with him a pile of damp clothes.]

[He can in the land of Photoshop...-- Nagisa's still looking around the stand by the time Claude comes out, though at this point, she's really just looking at the other swimsuits since she noticed there weren't any regular clothes. Turning to Claude, she shakes her head.]

I couldn't find anything, sorry... There's only beachwear here. We could put your wet clothes somewhere to dry though, if you want.

That sounds like a good idea. I'll just do that. [It would still be cold on the way back, but at least it wasn't a long walk to the house.] Thanks for looking, though, Nagisa.

Well, I guess I should just try to enjoy the beach. I don't think I'm gonna go swimming again, though. What about you?

Hmmm... [She's just... doing whatever. Nothing in particular, really.] Well, I wanted to try one of those fruits earlier, but I couldn't reach any of them.. Maybe I'll look around for ones that are lower..

I guess that's something. Might as well see what all the fuss is about. Let's go set my things out and then we can have a look.

We can put them by the rest of my things, if you want. There's a chair over there, so we could hang your clothes over that.

All right. Thanks. [He starts walking back over to where Nagisa's been keeping her things. When he finds the chair, he arranges his clothes on it to help them dry out a little faster.] Hopefully it won't take long in this weather.

[She glances around a bit as he sets his clothes on the chair, and then nods.] Mm! I'm sure they'll dry quickly. It is rather hot and sunny out here, after all! So I don't think it'll take very long.

I hope not. I want to get back as soon as I can. [Or his friends might start to worry about him. Once he's content with how his clothes are set out, he gestures for Nagisa to follow him toward one of the trees.] Now let's see if we can get our hands on one of these fruits.

[There's always the chance that they may end up falling from the sky too! Or just coming on their own. Nagisa follows though, smiling. Yaaay she gets to try one of those fruits!]

Okay! I see a few on that tree there, so how about we try that one?

Sounds good. [He nods, heading for that particular tree.] I wonder what they taste like. They must be really good...

[If, you know, all the people eating them on the beach is anything to go by!]

[And she follows!] Everyone's been eating them, so I guess they are! They weren't here before though, so I do wonder where they came from... [And whether or not the grocery store may stock them or something.]

They weren't here before? [Well, that's odd.] What about the trees?

[Nagisa shakes her head.] No, they weren't. And I'm sure that the trees weren't here last time I came, either... But I haven't been here since then, and I don't think many other people have either, so maybe they've just been growing over the winter? [Then again, that hardly makes sense.]

I can't think of any real trees that could grow this big over winter, but I guess it's not impossible here. Maybe it has something to do with this experiment going on...

And now Nagisa tilts her head a bit.] ..Eh? There's an experiment...? [Because she had no idea! Everything in this past week has seemed completely normal, after all.]
