I could use a lullaby. [So straight-faced it's hard to tell he's trolling.]

Hope you don't mind nightmares. [Straight face.]

That bad, huh.

Very. [Well, no, not really. He can hum a decent tune, but like hell he'll let Naoki hear him sing, jokingly or not. That's kinda embarrassing.]

[But Naoki wants to be lulled by your melodic voice, Ted.] I guess I'll just have to sing my own, then.

[He raises an eyebrow in amusement.] Really now?

...Nah, not really. I don't think it'd have the same effect. [He carries the mattress into Ted's room, setting it up on the floor.]

[He snickers.] Maybe you'd lull me to sleep instead. [Dumping those on your new bed!]

[Flopping in pile of blankets and pillows and staying there. Muffled--] Oh? Like my voice to be the last thing you hear before falling asleep? [Teeeeeease.]

Sure, why not? [And flopping in his own bed for that.

... Too high. Peeking over the edge then.]

[Snickering before he peers up at him.

Wanna come down on the floor, Ted? Naoki can make room on the mattress.]

[... He probably will, it's hard to make conversation from up here.]

[Naoki shifts over, settling the pillows and blankets and then grinning up at him.

C'mon down. There's room.]

[He grabs his blanket and lazily rolls down, flopping onto the side closer to his bed, before thinking twice and then pinning Naoki down instead with a grin.] So, what now?

[Naoki squirms half-heartedly (lazy) and looks up at him.] Now you move over. M'not a part of the bed.

Nuh-uh. You're warm. [Nooot moving.]

[Whine.] I'm not a heater.

'Course you're not. [Doesn't mean he wants to move.]

[Squiiirm...and giving up. Too lazy.] Leave some of my warmth for me, all right?

Of course. [He'll just lazily not-really-nap on you for now. He'll get Jenga later.]

[Sleepy sound. All right, half-dozing lazy times are go. This is sorta comfy, actually.]

[If you fall asleep before he does, Ted will climb off of you to go grab that Jenga set. He figures you might still be tired from earlier, and you'll need the rest more than he does.]

[Not asleep, but drifting in and out of a doze, yup. He will stir as soon as he's climbed off of, though, blinking blearily.]

[As soon as he grabs it, he leaves it on the floor next to the mattress, before crawling back on so he can hide under the blankets and leech off of Naoki's warmth again.]

[Well, that's all right, then. Doziiiiing. He'll rouse himself eventually.]
