What: It's a beach! There's fruit! Love in the air! Classy private rooms in the mountains!
When: From sunrise to midnight! (AND IT'S TODAY! FEBRUARY 18th!)
Where: Out on the beach, centered around the teleporter/tunnel exit area. But it feels like July out there! Ain't that just the shit?
Summary: Summary? Why does this need a summary. I said everything up there. And then I'm gonna say even more after this. Why do we need this field? Seriously, anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

Long Ago In A Distant Land, Akai, the fully functional fonbot, unleashed a fairly standard mod post. But a foolish player kept asking questions and come on, do you really need to know that much? Now everyone wants to play out their ships and get into fruit shenanigans and undo to evil that is AKAI.

((No, but seriously guys, look at the mod post, you know what to do. Everything you need is there. Mass log post, remember to tag your characters name here, and do your thing.))

OH YEAH! So like, assume there is stands (or you know, beach-appropriate huts) here and there that are stocked up on bathing suits (and curtains you can change behind), stands with beverages, and snacks. Nobody's really operating them, new stuff just gets Shifted there (BUT ONLY IF YOU'RE NOT WATCHING). The Malnosso are the most considerate bro-ginization ever.

[maybe it's a little obvious that a girl whose name is 'Aqua' and whose hair is deep blue is good at swimming, but there it is. she's wearing a modest one-piece swimsuit that's a size or two too small in order to restrict her, hum, chest. her diving is absolutely rubbish, however, especially when diving INTO a wave. she can't graceful forever or be good at everything water! that would be silly. still, she's clearly having a good time swimming and it seems to have a very zen effect on her despite how active she is. she's even diving down in the water to interesting shells, starfish, and even a sand dollar or two, and piling them up neatly together close to the surf whenever she frequently comes back and forth.]

[Riku's gazing up at the trees, half tempted to grab one and take it with him. If two people share one, their destinies become intertwined... Maybe he could--

He shakes his head and laughs. Man, what's with him being so sentimental?

Once he's done gazing at the trees, he'll be hanging around. Maybe do some swimming for good measure.]

[Why yes, Rainbow Dash is going to be surfing. There is a surfing pony at the beach. The funny thing? She's actually very good at it for a quadruped.

And not only that, but she'll be flying around through the air, pulling off all kinds of rad stunts. And maybe swimming. This is, like, the perfect opportunity to show off, okay?]

[Kotetsu is just minding his own, eating some nearly-ripe fruit. Of course this means... he's basically the same as usual, just a little amped. Ain't that something? But mainly, he's investigating... because seriously? This is a weird day. The weather is nice, and the beach is nice, and the tree is... weird.

Huh. He peers intensely at it, nomming his fruit.]

[Sayo looks more interested in the ocean part of all this; she sits down on the beach--on reference to others she's gotten out of her hideously hot kimono and put on a simple flower print summer dress to match the heat.

But goodness, what brought this all on? What is up with that tree?

... Also you might catch her scrambling back in horror at the little hermit crab scuffling after her. A MONSTER OMG WHAT THE CHRIST IS IT--]

[You know how some people are just randomly finding themselves on the beach due to the wonders of teleporting? That's what happened to Claude.

Except he didn't suddenly find himself on the beach. He found himself... well, crashing into the ocean.

Maybe once Claude makes it back to shore, he'd be happy to share fruit with you!]

[He felt rather peaceful, relaxing on the beach barefoot and jacket-less, the sleeves of his dark blue shirt rolled up to his elbows and his hair slightly askew in the warm, salty breeze. It was unseasonably warm, Fujiko was back...what else was there to be happy for?

The weeks had been confusing, as it is wont to be during a Shift, but Lupin was grateful that he was unaffected. That meant he could talk business and catch up with some close friends.

Though intent on just relaxing as he is, that hasn't stopped him from curiously eyeing the strange fruit in the trees above. His rational mind tells him 'no,' but that's not to say he won't cave with the right kind of push.

Island boy right here with a rare smile usually reserved for Pokémon, Lady Mathias, Chitose, and his brothers. You don't come from Galpos and spend most of your days in the cold, after all, and he likes any chance he can get for warmth. Not to mention he was teleported here and he doesn't regret it. Currently trying to climb a tree and grab one of those fruits though, and once he's knocked some off he'll be sitting with them.

Or he'll just be packing sand together and using them as his walls and decorations, yup. Food? He's not really hungry, but he might be if someone talks to him about how delicious they are--]

[Those fruit looks absolutely divine after the swim. For once Tsuzuki's glad that the Malnosso decided to bring him here. As he reaches for his first fruit, his hand bumps into someone else's.]

[Here's a question: what happens when you have a teenager with the mind of a child who honestly cannot remember when he saw the ocean? Well, for one he's probably going to repeat the same mistake that he did last time he was at a beach.

Well... sort of. At least he can recall that it's salty even if he can't remember that time he got up close and personal before being drenched by a wave. But even if he's not literally sticking his tongue up to the shore to taste the water he is going to still get way too close to it again anyways. Because you know, he has an extremely selective memory regarding these kinds of things. And is that a seashell? Why yes, yes it is. Not to mention in his mind he's never seen one of those before. He will just reach over into the water to grab it and

have another big wave soak him again. Though aside from shaking the water out of his hair like a dog he seems pretty unfazed by getting wet.

Alternatively, if your character doesn't want to join his beach shenanigans, feel free to eat fruit with him and have either (+1) new best friend for the day OR have (+1) kid crushing on them with warm fuzzy puppy love and following them around like a ducking the rest of the day. While he smiles and blushes profusely, and will shower them with pretty objects he finds at the beach.]</small

[ Falkner's trio of birds (Noctowl, Pidgeotto, and Skarmory) linger nearby him as he just relaxes under a tree. The thought of taking the opportunity given to him by the warmer to actually, you know, train or something, but part of him really rather just sit here and reflect on the week. It's been... really nice... ]

[Even love and puzzles can be put on hold for day at the beach! In his swim trunks and signature blue hat, Luke spends most of his time building things in the sand or picking up particularly interesting bits of whatever comes out of the sea. If he sees one certain person he will blush and stammer and attempt to show her the beginnings of an epic sand castle.

Someone bring this boy a fruit.]

[A party is just the perfect place for a social butterfly like Anise! Today, she's wearing a cute little swimsuit, going around and sticking her nose into everything. Whenever she comes upon a piece of fruit, she picks it up and bounces over to the nearest person with a cheery smile and an invitation to share.]

[Luna is a mare on a mission. What better way to learn more about the humans than to pass among them, and what better occasion than this, when the weather is so... so nice and pleasant?! The winged unicorn rolls her eyes. What's with this place and the beings that oversee it? Nothing ever seems to go smoothly here. Suddenly things are moving straight from winter into summer? So much for a coming of spring celebration... But, no, there must still be a celebration - in the name of tradition!]

[Jack is no stranger to waking up in strange places, given his tendency to roll right off of things like couches, beds and the occasional tree branch. But waking up on a BEACH is a new one even for him, and after a few moments of confusion, he's just going to shrug it off and set to work exploring the area.

Will he bump into you in the process?]

[ Joshua is lazing about on the beach in a bathing suit and t-shirt. After all, swimming takes too much effort. It's much nicer to just sunbathe ~~in the shade~~ and watch everyone else out in the water. ]

[Lucky for him, Draco seemed to skip the experiment this year and he was eternally grateful. Honestly, this year was not the year he wanted to deal with Valentine's Day, what with the recent departures of his girlfriend and his best friend.

However, he couldn't stop his curiosity from getting the best of him and heading toward the beach with the others. He wasn't sure what to do, for the most part, so he chose to sit on the sand and stare out at the water. People can pester him, of course, but he'll be hard to convince.]
